So far, after stays in 3 different Hyatt Place hotels we’ve been very pleased.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at 2 Hyatt Place hotels recently & both were clean & had everything we needed included a good breakfast.

Cons:

No body lotion… it had everything else

Convention hotel that cannot handle large parties at all.
Pros:

Large rooms

Cons:

Mediocre breakfast poorly serviced. No staff. Dirty room. A large wedding party with children that screamed and ran the halls all three nights till one am. This is a convention hotel and it was obvious they cannot accommodate convention type guests. Services were poor.

Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel! The staff were friendly and very helpful! It was a great central location for all the different arenas we had to travel to for WGI performances in Cincinnati and Dayton.

Unacceptable
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The fact that we waited for 3 hours to get our room that was supposed to be ready by 3:00 and they didn't have it ready. Then the man Chris at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. We were told we could have food but it wasn't very good quality. There was no parking because people in the convention center were also parking in the hotel parking accommodations there needs to be something done about that for people that legitimately are supposed to be in those parking spaces. Overall not a very good experience and I will not come to this hotel again for as much as I paid for it.

Would stay again if needed.
Pros:

It was clean and easy to navigate the hotel and area.

Cons:

There was a convention going on and nothing was done about people using the hotel parking for the convention. Also, we had an issue getting any hot water for the showers both nights

A good clean hotel
Pros:

This was much better than I expected, reviews here have been mixed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected, it would have been nice if they had a waffle maker, but we had enough for breakfast. Located convenient to the highway, easy on & off.
