Room was dirty (floo was sticky/bathroom, crib, and couch were visibly dirty in particular). Asked for multiple housekeeping items which were missed. Poor customer service. Probably the worst Hyatt we have stayed in.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was lovely, and the facilities were superb. Parking was free and accessible, and the hotel was easy to get to from the interstate but not so close that the traffic was a disturbance during sleep hours. Our convention was perfectly accommodated there, and I'm really looking forward to returning next year!
I liked that there is water and other juices. I liked the coffee. I liked the yogurt.
I did not like that the eggs are not made at the moment. I like fried eggs overhard and the scrambled eggs you have get cold very fast by the moment you are at the table. There is a few variety of bread. The restaurant should be open for lunch.
I generally stay at Hyatts whenever I travel, and had a prior year positive experience at this particular Hyatt Place, but this year it has gone seriously downhill. Our room was extremely damp. The carpet and bedding felt damp to the touch, the bathroom floor was so damp it was slippery, and paper left in the room became floppy. I understand it’s humid outside and they can’t control the weather but I also live in a humid climate and it should absolutely not be that damp indoors. I would like to attend the same convention again next year but am nervous to stay at the Hyatt because if they don’t resolve the moisture problem, mold will surely be the next problem. Housekeeping was also not very thorough…they would come in and make the bed but then leave us with very low toilet paper and not take the trash out.
Hyatt Place great location!
Had a great stay at Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The location is convenient with easy access to the convention center and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cincinnati area.
I have stayed at many Hyatt properties. There will always be some that need some TLC from wear and tear as with any hotel chain, but the one thing I expect from a hotel is clean beds. Both of our beds were dirty and stained. There was also spills on the carpet that I was easily able to clean with a wipe so this indicated to me that no attention was given to cleaning. But the beds worried me the most. I notified the front desk, I got an apology and 2 new sets of bedding to replace myself. I will also share that breakfast was poor. Most things were empty, the sanitizer was empty, and it was the front desk person handling the breakfast station instead of a dedicated employee.
The look from outside
I didn’t like the fact that some of the guests staying on the property were loud. The loudness was not addressed. One of our rooms, #207 had ants bad. The INDOOR pool was NOT HEATED! There were no towels in the pool area at all, I had to go ask for some! There was water all through the hotel where guests were getting out of the pool and going to there rooms. There water was not cleaned up off the floor post haste, it did take a minute for the staff to clean it up! It was cold as if it were outside. The only thing that we could eat for breakfast was either cereal or fruit! There were no eggs, sausage or bacon left at 9 am. The cook stated that she had made 40 pieces of French toast and they’re gone, but there was more than 20 guests in the hotel. So if 20 guests grabbed 2 French toasts a piece, the 40 pieces made were gone! I’ve been to cheaper hotels and had better stays, better continental breakfasts and didn’t have to sleep with ants! I will not return to your hotel! I feel as though I WASTED my money, which I work HARD for!
Wonderful stay, great breakfast. Perfect location for my business trip. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and set up nicely. The location was very convenient to other area's we were heading too. The sleep was top tier!
