La ubicación esta en el centro de la isla, siendo fácil acceder a taxi, llegar al ferry y a lo dos extremos de la isla. Las vistas desde el rooftop muy bonitas y el espacio tranquilo.
El chico que nos atendió, Edwin, muy amable y buen anfitrión.

Cons:

Demasiado ruido de la carretera.
Escalera complicada dentro del duplex “ supuesta suite”. La cama doble, media Max 1,20cm.
Las sábanas y toallas machadas de óxido y maquillaje.
Las fotos lucen más de lo que realmente te encuentras.

Rooftop très sympa tout comme la déco des chambres.
Personnel très bien.

Cons:

On voit dit vue sur la mer, mais il faut préciser qu’entre l’hôtel et la mer il y a une route très passante (voir photo) et le bruit est pénible.
Problème d’eau chaude.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain avait une grosse fuite alors on nous a demandé de ne pas l’utiliser.

Decoración,zona de piscina.
Camas muy cómodas.
Habitaciones amplias.
Desayuno completo servido en la habitación.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido por la proximidad de la carretera. Llevar tapones si tenéis el suelo ligero.
Es necesario alquilar moto,carrito de golf o depender de los taxis.

Pros:

We really like the overall design of the place. We loved the staff attitude and friendliness. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to visit the whole island and be away from the crowd but close enough (even on food - infrastructure not great for walking though) the the Centro. Basic but Tasty breakfast.

Cons:

It was quite different from the pictures on booking. Looks way brighter and bigger on the pictures.
The shower is really great idea and design but not useful and not too much of hot water. Don't count on the wi-fi. No where to put wet clothes, bathing suit etc. A bit of broken small things here and there (toilet seat, balkony door).

Beautiful facility and views
Pros:

Great property, beautiful sunrises, excellent breakfast delivered to the room every morning by the maids and they returned later to clean the room. The views from both the balcony and the rooftop were spectacular. Location was nice because you could easily walk to either the north side or do activities in the Colony area. The reception staff were great- personable and helpful, they suggested activities and specific cab drivers to use if we were going further than walking distance. Assisted in getting golf carts delivered to the property on days we wanted to explore the island.

Cons:

There are a lot of ants in the room even when keeping all food in the small frig. This seems like this could be easily managed.

It was a lovely place, just way over priced for what u got. Not worth the 300per nite.
Pros:

The property was maintained, but the bottom floor was close to the street and very noisy.

Cons:

I was supposed to be on the second floor king room, which I was able to stay in for a couple of nights , but I hade to move 3 time to 3 different rooms, 2 of which were o the 1st floor. Also, it was the same breakfast day after day! boring... I had hoped the rooftop would have been nicer as advertised and a heated pool or jacuzzi. The view was beautiful. They seem to charge 1st world prices in a 3rd world area. Won't be back to Mexico anytime soon if ever. I can go to Europe for same prices.

ANNIVERSARY TRIP
Pros:

We loved all the smiling, friendly staff and the fresh fruit,pastries,juices & yogurt for breakfast was perfect. The greeters Edwin and Adharra were helpful and fun.
The housekeepers were 5 star., very clean rooms and great service! The VIEWS both from the room and rooftop are unmatched. The rooftop pool area is AMAZING. Its center island, so alot quieter than most spots. It faces the carribean side, so is a bit windy, but cool to watch the sunrise and ppl surfing from our patio.! Some ppl complained about the shell shower, but it got hot right away and was decent enough for 2 showers. Bed was comfy, just not for a long sleep (but who wants to sleep long in Mexico, anyways):-) I loved that the hotel was comfortable and not fussy. Felt kinda like home.

Cons:

The doors to the rooms need some updating, night staff leaves by 10 so a solid entry door would be nice. There was a few things advertised that the hotel did not have, bbq, beach bag, cotton puffs, slippers, hammock ( the wind took the one from our room). The TV didn't really work, but we had our tablet and it didn't bother us. There's some road noise till about midnight, but otherwise quiet. Kitchenette needs a tea kettle.
