Pitaya Lodge

Al ser un hotel pequeño es muy bueno para quienes nos gusta la tranquilidad (la mayor parte del tiempo se siente que está casi solo la familia de uno). El parqueo es muy accesible y da seguridad (al cerrar el portón por las noches).

En cuanto a las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, camas cómodas (aunque el forro del colchón suena mas de la cuenta) y en general con un nivel de limpieza aceptable (cada 2 noches realizan la limpieza). La ducha se ve un poco más desgastada respecto al resto de la habitación.

El aire acondicionado es apenas aceptable, pero para los que les gusta sentirse como en un "congelador", no creo que logren su objetivo (ya que son A/C antiguos).

La piscina es su atractivo principal, bastante limpia y de un tamaño aceptable. Además, que al estar en una zona con bosque alrededor, hay sombra en ciertos momentos del día.

El área común de cocina, la vimos bastante limpia y ordenada. Aunque por el tema de la pandemia casi no la utilizamos. (se podrían asignar turnos por habitación, para cada uno tener su espacio).

La atención de la recepcionista, fue bastante amena y servicial y con buena comunicación con el huésped.

En conclusión, si buscan tranquilidad y un espacio un poco más alejado del pueblo (pero super cerca de las mejores playas: Penca y Prieta), lo recomendamos y volveríamos a visitar.

El lugar es tranquilo. La limpieza de los cuartos no es consistente, depende de quien la haga; Hay quien si limpia al detalle, saca las basura de los cuartos y ofrece un extra en el servicio, pero también hay quien hace el trabajo, superficial y de prisa, sin atencion al detalle. Creo que esto deberia ser un trabajo en equipo y no individual, pues al final es la reputacion del Hotel la que esta en juego.

Comfortable. Had 2 beds, 1 small frig, tv, free wifi, ac, fan. Very well located in the area which allows one to visit different beautiful beaches around.

Nice little hotel easy of access and convenient. The staff is amazing, I asked if it was possible to wash my cloths as I had been traveling for a long time and ran out of cloths and Daylin accepted the task without hesitation, I then left for dinner and when I returned my cloths were nicely folded and set on the bed. Karla the manager had mishandled the reservation and therefore my first night there was no room to accommodate me, she then offered to pay for that night’s stay at another hotel down the street that was very similar to Pitaya. The room was clean, the amenities more than sufficient and the staff is awesome. Would’ve loved to stay longer.

Notre chambre étais infesté de fourmis , il y en avais partout dans notre lit , sur notre bébé , j'ai appeler pour avoir une autre chambre ils nous on donner une autre chambre qui étais infesté aussi en nous disant que c'est normal, mais sur 7 hôtel ce fut la seul avec ce problème , nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit

I did not like the complete lack of staff after 6:00p.m. No way to reach anyone when we needed assistance

It’s near a good restaurants with a nice room, however, it doesn’t a small fridge inside the room.

We loved this hotel. Simple, clean and quite. The pool was great and staff very accommodating and helpful!

The location was very good. The pool was very nice. The rooms were updated and clean. But very disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open or the ability to get coffee wasn't available at breakfast

This place was mediocre. It was clean and we felt safe but the mattresses were uncomfortable and the wifi went in and out constantly. I saw a staff member at check in who was friendly but then never saw another person again. We wouldn't stay there again as wifi was important for my work and we did not sleep well.
