Pros:

The only best thing I found is the location for ladies
For only this reason I can recommended.

Cons:

The attitude of the security and reception they act like they are the owner of that hotel.
There is lot of parking space available in hotel, we request and ready to pay still they ignore us saying its full. They might keep for Saudi nationals to get tips or what.

We book the hotel and request that we need the lowest floor as we have old parents and guess what they gave us the highest floor saying it's full which is another lie.

We call the operator to ask for Wi-Fi and they keep disconnecting the calls.

The hotel is very good but the staff will take this hotel down

The Location is good and the breakfast was fantastic

Cons:

The Bed was uncomfortable despite the complaints it was not rectified also the fridge was freezing everything up, mattress very uncomfortable and bed base making squeaking noise and had sleepless nights.

Nice Stay, Great location
Pros:

Location - Near to Haram and shopping centers/ Restaurants
Great Staff - polite and friendly
Room and Washroom were clean
Beds are comfortable and clean
Shower and amenities working in the bathroom

Cons:

Washroom or Bathroom is too small, especially the shower area
Elevators are always busy, have to wait for a long time, especially during prayer times
