Joyful humble stay
Pros:

This is Budget hotel amd honestly I would stay here no matter how high end we've stayed i would always stay here without any issue.
The welcome from reception the staff from Bell concierge to cleaners their humble respectful cheerful mannerisms beats any 5* its value for money you get exactly what you pay for. Location is brilliant, personally love the 2min walk in streets of Madina so its absolutely fine. Lifts can get busy and are on the smaller side however they have a member of staff for when they get busy to make sure no1 stay waiting and goes in by order which is fantastic, you don't get that in alot of 4 or 5 stars. Only constructive criticism would be go for lighter shade decoration and MORE BRIGHTER LIGHTING

Good, except the check-in

Cons:

The check in was very difficult, very long que to go to two offices to recheck availability and confirm ( very unusual after having a confirmed booking with booking.com).
That office experience for more than one hour, was unpleasant and unexpected

Pros:

Value for money. Our stay was perfect, and you could not expect anything better for the price paid. We also requested an extra blanket, pillow, and bathroom slippers, and everything was delivered within a few minutes.

Cons:

The furniture is old.
