Tuyệt vời
Pros:

Vị trí tuyệt vời, khách sạn mới và giá rất tốt ngay trong khu Phố Cổ. Có tầng 7 khu sinh hoạt chung với máy giặt sấy miễn phí, bếp chung, quầy trà cà phê và view nhìn ra thành phố rất tuyệt. Các bạn nhân viên đáng yêu nhiệt tình.

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Przestronne i wygodne pokoje. Świetnie działająca recepcja, możliwość zameldowania w późnych godzinach nocnych. Dostępne darmowe pralki i suszarki, co bardzo ułatwiło mi pobyt.

Decent value, but better to get a room on higher floors
Pros:

The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room itself was also very big. We did not hear the street, and really appreciated the top floor with view and additional seating area. Front desk was also very helpful. Location was central and convenient.

Cons:

The room was smelly, probably from the drain in the bathroom. You kind of got used to the smell but it wasn't too nice upon entering the room. Also the floor under the bath was rather moldy since the water spilled over easily and got stuck under.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gut ist auch die Gemeinschaftsküche/der Aufenthaltsraum und die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschinen kostenlos zu nutzen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren hart und die Kissen sehr fest. Generell hätte der Raum sauberer sein können.

We booked two rooms and travelled as a family of four. To start, the photos and Google listing are extremely misleading.

Pros:

Super behulpzaam personeel. Phu had the best tips for restaurants in the neighborhood. Very good service with possibility to wash and dry clothes. Shared ding room which was nice to sit, do homework and play some pool.

Pros:

We had a very good stay at An Nguyen Boutique Hotel. The amenities were great and very practical—especially the lift, which made it easy to bring our luggage up and down.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. One thing I really loved was the common area—they offer free coffee and snacks, plus there’s even a billiards table for a bit of entertainment. There are plenty of tables, so it’s also a nice space if you need to work, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

They also have a laundry area, which was very convenient during our stay.

Housekeeping was also excellent—they clean the room daily, change the towels, and consistently refill the snacks, coffee, and water, which we really appreciated.

The location is also a big plus—it’s very close to the Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to nearby spots or just book a quick Grab ride.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay in Hanoi.

Shout out to their receptionist, Van. She’s very helpful and accommodating. She helped me with my stuff and weigh my luggage. But all receptionists were nice and accomodating!

Cons:

We had a really good stay overall, but there were a couple of minor issues. We experienced a problem with the bathtub, but the staff were quick to respond and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated.

In another room we booked, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough. Aside from these small concerns, everything else during our stay was great.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, rooms were very quit and with a view (which can be hard to find in Hanoi).
Everything was clean and very well equipped. There were even washing machines and dryers free to use and a big communal room on top of the building. I can definitely recommend the hotel!

Cons:

The pillows could be a little less high ;)
