I really liked the convenient location, spacious and comfortable room, and the genuinely warm and helpful staff. I also loved the shared facilities on the 7th floor — the free laundry, kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea, and even the small billiard table. Such thoughtful little touches that made our stay in Hanoi really easy and enjoyable.
The only thing I wasn’t particularly comfortable with was the bathtub, as it felt a little slippery and not quite sturdy. It would be great if this could be improved for better safety and comfort.

The location was great, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was also very spacious with a bathtub, which was a great bonus. I really liked having access to the rooftop and free self-service laundry facilities. The room rate was very reasonable for what was offered, and I also appreciated the complimentary drinking water and snacks. The reception staff were very polite, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed.
The room was not well soundproofed, and the noise from outside was quite loud, which affected my sleep. Also, a few towels had an unpleasant smell and could be checked and replaced more regularly. However, these were only minor issues, and overall, I had a very good experience and was satisfied with my stay.

Ну, очень приветливый и приятный персонал. Меня заселили раньше, тк мой номер был свободен, я приехала раньше времени и я не оставалась с ночевкой.
Очень круто что есть стиральная и сушильная машины (и стиральный порошок)
Единственный небольшой минус - это несвежий запах от полотенец. Протухший запах. Старые полотенца. Но с условиями всех приятных вещей, это остается мелочью.
