Pros:

Super friendly staff, rooms were very quit and with a view (which can be hard to find in Hanoi).
Everything was clean and very well equipped. There were even washing machines and dryers free to use and a big communal room on top of the building. I can definitely recommend the hotel!

Cons:

The pillows could be a little less high ;)

The hotel what situated in a great vacation and Hanoi. It was very close to train Street It's an amazing. Light and helpful when asking for directions and how to book transport to certain places. The room was right size clean the ball, but not so great throughout the window as we looked over a backyard of rubble 😕 Pop from that though very good.

Cons:

The view from my window which was someone else's backyard full of rubbish and air conditioning vents!

Bản thân mình là người làm dịch vụ nhà hàng, mình cảm thấy nhận được sự chào đón thật nhiệt tình khi vừa bước vào An Nguyen Boutique, chị Vân rất thân thiện cho mình sự chọn lựa như ý về vị trí phòng mình ưng ý. Nên đó là điểm mạnh mình và bạn đời cực kỳ ấn tượng. Thiết kế An Nguyen Boutique rất dễ thương từ khi đến nơi, và mình thì rất thích sự đơn giản và tươi mát từ cây xanh được trang trí bên ngoài .Nói chung mình có chuyến trải nghiệm ở Hà Nội thật thú vị và ý nghĩa. Cảm ơn An Nguyen Boutique và Chị Vân rất nhiều.☺️♥️🌹 . Nếu có dịp đến thăm Hà Nội lần sau, An Nguyen Boutique Hotel vẫn là sự chọn lựa của mình.
