Very clean hotel, location wise it is very near to Airport & shops are nearby. Staff is very friendly. Upon enquiry i got to know that they have rooms for day use as well and timings are 9AM to 5PM. So it can be beneficial for the people looking for rest during day due to flight or train timings.
Service is little slow. Need more sofas or chair at the reception because it becomes crowdy at check-in time & many people did not get the place to sit. Reception has to request customers to wait at the restaurant.

Breakfast was quite good it should have more varieties or choices to be available.
Readymade tea should be served piping hot and should be made in front of the guest.
The experience at breakfast is not good , the lady who handle pass counter in service was very rude..

Reception staff needs more training regards how to handle guest i was standing there at reception instead of focusing on guest they were busy with attending call also my booking was paid still they asked me to pay again this is how i paid twice n later they made me refund but it was totally inconvenient and was not professional at all despite checking in at 3pm they asked us to wait and was too slow to provide room and room linen was stained and torn
