Done the job but apartment could do with a luck of paint and carpets cleaned .
Pros:

Easy access and convenient for everything . Beds were so comfy and plenty amenities in Apartment .

Cons:

Smelt a little of smoke when we arrived. Door lock was u predictable and heard dog next door bark a few times. Sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Skyline von Melbourne, jedoch mit deutlichen Mängeln.

Die Aussicht aus dem 66. Stock war wirklich beeindruckend und ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts.
Nahe am Zentrum gelegen

Cons:

Leider konnten die positiven Eindrücke die zahlreichen Probleme nicht ausgleichen.

Von drei Aufzügen war nur einer in Betrieb, und es schien sich niemand um eine Reparatur zu kümmern. Das führte zu sehr langen Wartezeiten, was bei einem so hohen Gebäude besonders unangenehm war. Zusätzlich waren sowohl der Toaster als auch der Trockner defekt.

Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig: Das Personal beim Check-in zeigte wenig Verständnis für unsere Anliegen. Wir hatten im Voraus einen Parkplatz in der Parkgarage für eine Nacht gebucht, konnten diesen jedoch nicht nutzen, da das System bei unserer Ankunft am Abend nicht funktionierte.

Great place to stay in Melbourne. Excellent, central location in high-rise accommodation.
Pros:

Great location on Collins Street close to Southern Cross Station. Comfortable rooms with good facilities and amenities.

Cons:

Large accommodation complex (65 floors) so with only two lifts for the high-level floors (floor 32 and above), could get quite congested when one of the lifts wasn't working.
