Great apartment value, would reccomend!
Pros:

Location, view, amenities, room size, decent sized kitchen, access to streaming services, really nice staff.

Cons:

Elevators didn't work vert well, was a little dirty in places, a sock was left under the TV cabnet, etc

I reported the next day after arrival that the shower head was not working properly. Staff reported to manager for approval to replace the shower head but not replaced.

Pros:

Everything! Perfect location, 2 mins walk to Southern Cross Stn & Skybus & across the Rd from the Tram, only 7mins away, a few stops from Town Hall. The apartment was spectacular with a fabulous view from floor to ceiling glass on 2 sides, was equipped everything including a big fully equipped kitchen, large leather lounge & plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. Perfect for families. Staff super helpful. I will stay again.

Not enough light in bathroom to put on makeup.

Enjoyed our stay but a few simple additions to the room and a new couch would have made it great.
Pros:

Loved the location very central to tram/train. Eating options and supermarket within a short walk. View from the room was stunning. Comfortable bed. We had a 2 bedroom for two of us which felt like a comfortable space but I wouldn't have wanted 4 people in there (not enough lounge seating for 4).

Cons:

Carpet was quite stained. and a couple of lights in the room did not work. Limited kitchen equipment made cooking a meal tricky (1 huge pot and one small fry pan only). Was able to get a smaller pot from reception when I asked which helped. No dish brush or scrubber which is probably why the pots that were there didn't seem very clean. Couch was super uncomfortable (we ended up putting blankets on it so that you didn't feel the frame when sitting on it.

Value for money option
Pros:

Good location and clean and spacious apartment. Good value for money.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the lounge did not extend into the bedrooms to cool them too unfortunately. Foyer had an odd smell ... not a great first impression.
