Great location, easy check in but our room needs a bit of work.
Pros:

Great location with amazing views. Close to trains, trams and busses. Lots of restaurants and cafes walking distance. The check in process was seamless and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

We stayed in room 6111 and there is a few things we did not like and things that did not work.
- extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.
- the washing machine needs a good clean especially the part where you out your powder and softener in.
- there was no drying cloths provided for dishes.
- the knives needs sharpening.
- for the room with the single beds, the beds are on wheels and the headboards are loose which made it very uncomfortable.
- the one lift did not work properly (doors did not want to open on ground).

Great view and location
Pros:

Amazing view (we were on 62nd floor), parking available, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Needs a new shower head and bathroom extractor. Otherwise pretty good for such a good location.

Cheap and convenient
Pros:

Location was so convenient for a cbd stay with easy access to both southern cross and trams

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready for us at check-in so we had to leave our bags there and come back. Not the end of the world. But the kitchen tap leaked all over the bench and ruined the food we had bought and left on it and nothing was done to fix it.

Fantastic apartment in exceptional location.
Pros:

This was in an exceptional location right on Collins St close to Southern Cross. A tram stop right outside the door. Very short walking distance to Crown complex.
The apartment was spacious enough for a family with 2 young children.
Bed was comfortable.
Car park was easy to get to.

鍵が１つだけで、ビルとエレベーターに入る時鍵が無いと開かないので、それだけが不便でした。

Great location and spacious
Pros:

Location, 3min walk to Southern Cross Station very accessible. Spacious rooms. Good facilities.

Cons:

The carpet got stains. The couch is not that comfortable. Blankets have smell, perhaps not be washed properly.
Due to high floor, it was kind of noisy when it's windy.

Cons:

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there are a couple of areas that could be improved.

- The lighting throughout the apartment was quite poor. Brighter light bulbs would make a significant difference and help brighten the entire space.
- The shower head was broken and needs replacing. It pointed towards the wall, so you had to stand very close to shower properly, and at times it needed to be held in place while showering.

Addressing these issues would greatly improve the comfort and overall experience for future guests.

Pretty good would stay here again
Pros:

Location was great. Ideal for shopping in the city and Doclands Stadium. Good size room and clean. Comfortable beds
