The photos definitely caught the best side for this hotel - in reality, the rooms felt a lot smaller and darker and they weren't sparkling clean, with ants in the bathroom. Wifi wasn't great (only an issue as I was travelling on business) and there was a kettle but no teabags / anything to make a drink with when arriving late at night. It certainly wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in and it did the job of a place to stay near where I was working, but I was definitely disappointed on arrival and wouldn't stay again.

Pros:

On the day we reach, no water supply and was not inform during check in. Only realise when I wanted to have a shower. Room paid for the same amount and this time we get a smaller room. We only two ppl staying. But due to comfort we book a triple room. But disappointed.

The first room they give me the air con is not working, and there is a few corcoh in the bath room, when ask to check the air com and ask to change the room , the front office seen like not very happy for this.
