Pros:

저렴한데 시설이 신축이고 깔끔합니다. 데스크 직원분 모두 친절하시고, 1층 로비에서 차와 커피 무료로 마실 수 있어서 좋아요. 체크인 체크아웃할 때 물 한 병씩 주고, 냉장고에 기본 제공되는 차와 티비스킷도 맛있습니다.
추워서 추가 이불 요청했더니 키퍼가 방 청소하면서 하나 더 깔아주셔서 감사했습니다.
실내 슬리퍼가 퀄리티가 좋아서 4일 내내 신었는데도 멀쩡했어요

Cons:

위치가 나쁘진 않은데 역 바로 앞은 아닙니다. 걸어서 10분 내라서 전 괜찮았어요.

Great for female solo traveller!
Pros:

Thankful for the caring staff and hotel amenities.

- Assisted to keep Taobao deliveries for a few days
- Free hot herbal tea at reception and porridge snack at night for the winter
- Huge bed, very warm bath
- Extra drinks and biscuits in fridge
- Smart robot for doorstep delivery, even when I ordered medication at 4am
- Massage spa and 7-Eleven next door

Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Qingdao Olympic Sailing centre & Hisense Shopping centre and seafood restaurant.
The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable. There are many food choices for breakfast in hotel.
The best selection.

工作人员友善，服务周到。酒店环境干净、整洁且舒适。早餐的食物选择非常多。

Cons:

Before check-in, I sent messages to ask some questions but received no reply. From August until November, there was no response.

入住前有发信息提问问题但是没有回复由8月到11月都没有回复。

However, the staff provided good service during our stay and even helped us retrieve clothes that were lost in the washing machine. Truly commendable 👍.
但是入住时工作人员服务挺好的，还帮我们找回遗失在洗衣机里的衣服。值得一赞👍

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location is right at the center of Qingdao. You can find shopping mall, street food in walking distance. The receptionist didnt speak english but they tried really hard to help you with anything you need.
Lu Yao - the receptionist was so so nice, she helped me to book a taxi and even help me to pay by her app so we can get cheapest price. Everyone is so friendly too. The room was spacious, buffet breakfast was delicious.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

The location just hard to find on google and they have some other Atour hotel too so its a bit confusing at first to find the right one.

Overall is good & confort hotel.
Pros:

Confort and quiet. Polite service. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Washing basin too swallow, no lotion in the room especially winter time is not appropriate. 200m away from the nearest metro station, is far when walk in cold winter time with extremely strong wind blowing.

Good Hotel Stay
Pros:

Front desk manager Xiao is professional and helpful. She patiently tried to solve our problem reservations via booking.com.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Good service overall. Good breakfast.
Would have rated higher if not for the issue between the hotel system and Booking.com for losing our bookings.

Cons:

The checking in problem.
