Laundry service is the best
No real complaint
Large, clean room with wide windows, comfortable bed, and the best scented shower gel all over China! Very friendly staff, and all in a location close to the Olympic sailing marina and that luxurious Hisense shopping centre, where one can have one of best views over that beautifully illuminated Qingdao skyline in the evening. We were staying for the 2nd time and will surely come back.
Large, clean room with wide windows, friendly and helpful staff, good location within close proximity of the HiSense top level shopping centre (fantastic views from its rooftop observation area, plus great restaurants) and the Olympic Sailing marina area.
Not the cheapest, but as it was over the May 1 holidays …

Outstanding service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, polite and genuinely cared about making our visit special. Special thanks to 語芊 for efficiently communicating my comments on the cafe breakfast, 兀文 for trying his best efforts on fixing the room temperature issue and 小楠 for his attentiveness and follow up on the pillow ordering. Front desk response is speedy and they are truly exceptional!
Room setting is modern, clean and spacious. The green tea and black provided is hotel-branded the quality of which is excellent quality. I particularly like the earthy color tone in the bathroom. Oh the big round showerhead enhanced the shower quality.
Cafe: Breakfast temp is not up to standard. Hot dishes were moderately warm not hot. This could be my personal preference on hot dishes particularly the first meal in the morning..
Room temperature: no control in your room as it is centrally operated. There is no flexibility on temp adjustment. We have 2-3 sleepless nights out of the 5 nights we stayed as the temperature in Qingdao was getting warmer like 20 degrees but the hotel puts on central heating. Can you imagine you are in a room with room temperature was 29 degrees. We kept sweating and couldn't go to sleep. We flagged this issue to the front desk but there was nothing they could do as it is centrally controlled. This negativity offsets the positive feeling about this hotel. Luckily one of the front staff 兀文 offered us a couple of fans but we still couldn't sleep without air-conditioning. It hugely affects our sleep quality. This is one of the important criteria for me to consider when choosing a hotel.
Beds: we booked a twin room. The room was spacious which could comfortably accommodate 2 double beds. However the bed provision is in between a single and double bed. The bed was comfortable but a bit too small. The blanket frequently drops out of the bed. Would be nice if the hotel could improve the bed size.

อยู่ในทำเล ที่เหมือนจะใกล้ may 4 square แต่ก็ต้องเดินไกลอยู่ ไกลไปทุกด้านที่จะไปเที่ยวชม ถ้าเรียกรถรับจ้างก็จะสะดวกขึ้น ถ้าเดินจะไกลไปหน่อย มีแหล่งร้านอาหารอยู่ในฝั่งด้านหลัง โรงแรม มองไม่เห็นง่าย หาไม่เจอ มาเจอวันสุดท้าย ไม่ได้ไปเดินเลย แต่ก็นับว่าต้องเดินไกลอยู่
저렴한데 시설이 신축이고 깔끔합니다. 데스크 직원분 모두 친절하시고, 1층 로비에서 차와 커피 무료로 마실 수 있어서 좋아요. 체크인 체크아웃할 때 물 한 병씩 주고, 냉장고에 기본 제공되는 차와 티비스킷도 맛있습니다.
추워서 추가 이불 요청했더니 키퍼가 방 청소하면서 하나 더 깔아주셔서 감사했습니다.
실내 슬리퍼가 퀄리티가 좋아서 4일 내내 신었는데도 멀쩡했어요
위치가 나쁘진 않은데 역 바로 앞은 아닙니다. 걸어서 10분 내라서 전 괜찮았어요.
