Pros:

Bathroom towels not laundered dirty from someone else hung in bathroom as fresh. Asked for iron and ironing board front desk said they didn't have. After housekeeping no fresh towels or bath robes, bath robes because they did not have any. General condition of the hotel neglected and run down. Staff not trained for international travelers. Paid 600 euro for New Years Eve party wine and champagne purchased separately, wait staff took bottles before finished. Desert was served and picked up moments after services. Spa menu is extensive with no way to contact Spa to set a time.

Pros:

Albergo rimasto agli anni sessanta necessitano grosse migliorie. Per andare in piscina che si trova 2 piani sotto terra non vi è un acensore e bisogna passare in accappatoio Davanti al bar con ospiti che prendono l’aperitivo o davanti alla sala conferenze con tutti i conferenzieri che ti vedono con i capelli bagnati. I bagni piccoli e vecchi mancano se prese elettriche in camera . Sala da pranzo mal organizzata 2 ore pre la cena a ferragosto . Tutto sa di vecchio
