We are vegan, so breakfast was not important. The location is nice
Washroom could be better
The staff is very accommodating especially Hannah. She gave us travel tips and assistance even before our trip to Hanoi.

The location was perfect. Within the Old Quarters and walking distance to Hanoi Train Street. The front desk was open hours and we had a guy wait for us since we had to check in the middle of the night since we rode a night bus from Sapa.
Very limited breakfast options. The room was a bit tad small.
What we hated the most was that at checkout, the guy in charge at the front desk wouldn't let us go until we submitted a 5-star review of the hotel. We don't like the idea of being forced to give a high rating even if we were not satisfied with the stay. I told him that I would leave a review as soon as we were back home so I could be more detailed but he just kept on holding us up and insisting on rating them.
Location & room is big , staff was good
Staff behaviour and attitude. Andy was very helpful. He made it super comfortable for us. Always there to help. Hannah was supportive as well.
