Bestes Hotelerlebnis während unserer Türkeireise
Pros:

Vorzügliches Frühstück, hilfsbereite und überaus freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, Zimmer sehr komfortabel, bequeme Betten, sehr großzügiges und modernes Bad.
Besonders nett: Die Tochter des Hauses Zelal gab für uns ein kleines Extra-Konzert an Violine und Klavier.
Man sagte uns, dieses Hotel wäre das beste Haus vor Ort und wir glauben das sofort.

Our stay at Tehran Boutique Hotel was okay, but overall, it didn’t meet our expectations — especially for a family trip. The front desk staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed during check-in, which set the tone for the stay.

Our room was somewhat clean, but we noticed mold in the bathroom shower and there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided. Breakfast was included, but food was limited — we had to ask for more eggs, and overall the selection felt scarce.

That said, the dining area itself was very clean and spacious, which we appreciated. While the hotel has some potential, it may not be the best option for families looking for comfort and consistency.

Pros:

Very helpful staff: Even before I arrived, they answered all my questions about the region and how to navigate the bus trips connecting the cities I was planing on visiting in Eastern Turkey. That hospitality continued after I arrived, too. Thank you!

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – A Perfect Experience! I had such a wonderful time at this hotel that I don’t even know where to begin! Everything was just perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly, professional staff who made me feel at home every single day.
The breakfast was a true highlight: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a treat! The atmosphere in the dining area was calm and inviting, and the attention to detail was impressive.
One of the things I appreciated the most was how the hotel cared for my mother while I wasn’t there. She arrived before me and had to wait alone, but during those days, the reception team — especially Esra and Mr. Hakan— was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. Esra was so helpful and genuinely friendly with my mom, which meant the world to me. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and professional.
I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply thankful. This hotel is not just a beautiful place to stay — it’s a place where people truly care. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Comfortable hotel with all mod cons
Pros:

Really great hotel with very good people at the reception. Rooms were comfortable and we had a view of Mount Ararat. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was nearby too and the location was great. The aircon was super-efficient!
