Kayı Hotel

Dit is de tweede keer in 3 kaar tijd dat we hier hebben geboekt, kamers zijn mooi, ruim, schoon, fijn. Prijzen zijn betaalbaar. We kregen een kamer op de hoogste verdieping met uitzicht op zee, wat een genot was.

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve ilgililer. Arkadaşımla birlikte 3 gece kaldım ve gayet rahat ve güzeldi. Temizlik de gayet yerinde ve yeterliydi.

Konumu çok iyi, oda temiz ama banyo temiz değildi. Lavabonun içi dahi kirliydi. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Lobide birini bulmak zor.

Location is good

The staff is really helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and the room was clean. All in all, I had a great time there. Thank you!

hotel’s location is not bad. It’s not far from the pier, but it’s quite a walk to Çalış Beach, and buses don’t run very often. You can also walk there — the coastline here is beautiful.
I liked that the room was very clean. The bathroom was also clean. It’s great that there’s a balcony, so you can hang freshly washed clothes on the drying rope outside. When I checked in, the air conditioner was already on — it was nice that the staff had thought of that, so after the heat outside, you step into a cool room. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The only two downsides for me as a solo traveler were:
1. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor by myself.
2. The additional lock on the room door didn’t work — the door just opens and closes with the key card. It’s a bit unsettling, since someone could potentially enter if they had a duplicate card. Before bed, I couldn’t fall asleep for a while because all night long someone kept opening and closing doors in the neighboring rooms. I’m not sure if it was the staff or other guests, but it was a bit scary — I ended up propping the door with a chair 😅.

Overall, though, the hotel looks neat, and I would stay here again because the price is good, the rooms are in great condition, and the staff is nice — they helped me get oriented in the area. But I probably wouldn’t come again if I had a heavy suitcase 😅.

Konaklamam süresince sundukları konfor, merkezi konum ve tertemiz ortam ile beklentilerimin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Özellikle Elvan Hanım ve Zeynep Hanım’ın güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları, kendimi evimde gibi hissetmemi sağladı. Tüm detaylarda misafir memnuniyetine verilen özeni görmek mümkündü. Bu sıcak ve özverili hizmet için teşekkür eder, gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar tercih edeceğimi belirtmek isterim.

Hotel odaları genel olarak temizdi ancak buzdolabı bozuktu. Bildirdik durumu. Tamir edildiği söylendi ama hala çalışmıyordu. Cam kırıldı ve yerleri doğru düzgün temizlemediler. Cam parçaları yerde kaldı. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanların işletmeden haberleri yoktu. Pek memnun kalmadık.

Merkezi yerlere çok yakın ve uygun fiyatlı harika bir otel.
