Cons:

El bufet del desayuno. Cafe de máquina no me gusto nada. Poca variedad. Lo que tenían (salvo el café) estaba bueno, pero poca variedad.
Las habitaciones, el baño estaba muy bien, el resto de la habitación estaba limpio y sin desperfectos pero antiguo y poco decorado. No es un gran problema.

Comment dire… la compétence de la gérante qui ignore totalement ce que signifie travailler dans le secteur du tourisme avec des clients.
Confrontée à une erreur sur booking nous avons dormi à tour de rôle dans notre véhicule sur le parking faute d’aucune proposition de la gérante (remboursement partiel ou total, appartement acceptant notre chien, exception pour une nuit et remboursement de la seconde…) qui attendait juste que nous partions pour relouer ses 2 nuits et empocher le bénéfice, aucune bonne foi et encore moins amabilité dans le traitement du sujet. Nous avons finalement quitter l’hôtel le second jour car 2 nuits dans une voiture pour 430 euros merci… et du repayer un autre hôtel ailleurs. Excellente expérience du tourisme espagnol dont j’espère elle n’est pas représentative. Au delà : sdb en mauvais état (radiateur rouillé), cafard, odeur d’humidité et insonorisation catastrophique. En bref lamentable. Fuyez car avec ou sans chien elle déteste certainement les français et surtout satisfaire un client.

Lovely hotel close to the beach
Pros:

Very nice hotel, close to the beach. We really enjoyed Isla and the hotel. The room was smaller than shown om the pictures and quit expensive. Very quit during the night.

Goed hotel
Pros:

Wij verbleven 2 weken in dit hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en ook de badkamer is modern en ruim.
Het hotel heeft een zwembad wat een groot pluspunt is in Isla. Het ontbijtbuffet is bij te boeken voor €10,- pp per nacht, en biedt voldoende keus.
