Beautiful and lovely service! Air conditioning not great (can’t control your room temperature), pool freezing and hit tub didn’t work. Otherwise, great breakfast, very clean, great walkable area, excellent service

This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception.

Nice hotel. Nice dinner down in the restaurant - it was a Menu del Dia - so, three courses for one price and the food was good.
Our second stay - central location with comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly& helpful staff.Roof top pool very inviting & well maintained.
Unfortunately no tea & coffee available in room.

Excellent stay in very comfortable well situated hotel. Our executive room was huge and the rooftop pool a bonus. We had the half board which was tremendous value, breakfast very good, dinner had a limited choice but everything we ate was very good quality.

Soggiorno perfetto in tutto! Staff premuroso e cordiale, qualità della colazione elevata, camera spaziosa e pulita. Inoltre, anche il ristorante è di alta qualità a prezzi convenienti e la presenza della piscina sul terrazzo è un plus da non sottovalutare.

On the 😔 side: The executive suite we reserved and paid for was nothing like the photos in the Hotels.com and the hotel’s website. And it did not have a patio, as promised in the hotels.com, and it looked out on a wall, as they said all the executive rooms do. So we moved to a lower priced room (with no reimbursement) just to have a better room. That room was in an older part of the hotel, with inefficient AC and mold in the shower. Hot tub was not very hot.
On the ☺️ side, it is in a great location (wonderful wine tasting and Asian restaurant next door), wonderful lobby, great breakfast (for a price), and coffee bar.
Wonderful stay! I recommend this hotel. Great location and spacious room.
