Pros:

Plastic free, colazione ottima, vicinanza alla metro e buona posizione per il centro

Cons:

Camera direttamente sulla strada, rumorosa, sicuramente quelle sulla parte posteriore più silenziose, non particolarmente pulita e personale di camera poco gentile, non si disturba i clienti alle 9 per pulire la stanza ……

Super hotel for City Break or Bussiness Trip
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly. I wanted to do some ironing and everything I needed I got immediately.
The room was very big with traditional wardrobe (not only some shelves at the wall like in other similar hotels). The bed was comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.

Super wygodnie, spokojnie, przestronne pokoje. Nowoczesny, stonowany design.
Pros:

Świetny, cichy i wygodny hotel, Bardzo wygodne, duże pokoje, doskonałe śniadania (naprawdę duży wybór). Świetne położenie, kilka kroków nad Dunaj. Bardzo blisko są restauracje, kluby muzyczne (polecam Opus Jazz Club).
Wystrój hotelu bardzo stonowany, idealny na relaksujący pobyt w Budapeszcie.

Pros:

Hotel moderno e accogliente, buona la colazione.

Cons:

Hotel prenotato con una stanza tripla per degli amici e una doppia per me, al momento del check in la tripla aveva la colazione compresa mentre per la doppia ho dovuto pagare €90,00 in più per tre notti superando come costo la tripla dei nostri amici. Ci vorrebbe un po di più trasparenza.

Ok overall, dar customer service in recepție slab.
Pros:

Foarte buna si variat micul dejun, chiar si pentru bebelus.
Curatenie si confort in camere.

Cons:

Customer service slab la receptie. Nu te simti deloc binevenit. Am solicitat un later checkout, oferindu-ma sa achit desigur pentru asta, insa mi s-a spus ca pentru 3 ore suplimentare trebuie sa platesc o noapte intreaga. Pot intelege, insa eram cu un copil mic. Am refuzat si a dormit de pranz in receptie. Nu asta m-a deranjat atat de tare, cat atitudinea de la receptie. Absolut toti receptionerii sunt antipatici, deloc serviabili, deloc amabili.

Pros:

מלון נקי, מיקום טוב, ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

מקלחת לא תקינה, אין מחסום מים במקלחון ,כל המקלחת מוצפת , הצוות ניסה לעזור עם מגבות אבל ללא הצלחה. הציעו לעבור חדר למחרת אבל לא רצינו לארוז מאחר ונותר לנו לילה אחד לעזיבה.
