Estupendo hotel en Budapest
Pros:

Hotel cómodo y moderno. Bien ubicado cerca del metro y tranvías. Zona tranquila. Centro comercial cercano. Muy buen desayuno. Muy variado. Instalaciones en buen estado. Personal amable. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

Cons:

Sólo dispone de un ascensor, aunque con la ocupación durante los días de nuestro alojamiento, no había que esperar mucho.

Top Hotel im Zentrum von Budapest
Pros:

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer mit diversen Getränken und Kühlschrank. Ruhige Umgebung und dennoch nur 2 Minuten bis zur Metro. Hoteleigene Garage, die wir sogar nach dem Check out noch einige Stunden nutzen durften. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und jederzeit gefiltertes Wasser.

Lokacija blizu glavne tramvajske linije i linije metroa, miran kraj uveče tiho, doručak odličan kako je na slikama tako je na švedskom stolu, sobe čiste svaki dan se čiste peškire ako želite da vam zamene samo na podu ostavite. Ponovo ću doći ovde hvala 10/10

"Premium" in name only – Charging for basics
Pros:

​I booked a "Premium" room at this hotel, but unfortunately, there was nothing premium about the experience.

​The issues:

​Misleading Photos: The room looked nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com. It was a complete mismatch in terms of quality and expectation.

​Lack of Amenities: There were no basic amenities provided. I actually had to go to reception just to ask for complimentary water.

​Hidden Costs: To my surprise, I was told that a bathrobe costs an extra 5€. In a room marketed as "Premium," these are basics that should be included.
​
​Verdict: Do not be fooled by the room categories or the professional photos. You will likely be disappointed by the lack of standard comforts.
