Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Quiet room

Cons:

The carpet in room 304 had seen better times. Last minute request for extend another day would have cost me double the price than via booking.com

Pros:

Tutto eccellente e impeccabile. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La struttura è in una posizione comodissima, vicino alla fermata della metro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Le camere sono moderne, molto pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli: la biancheria viene cambiata ogni giorno e la bottiglia d’acqua viene sempre riempita. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

Warm friendly staff gave us great tips to enjoy Budapest
Pros:

Victoria went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. She organised an early check-in, an early breakfast the next day and transfers to the airport. Most importantly she happily gave advice on how to enjoy our last day in Budapest.

Pros:

El personal increíblemente atento. El hotel es súper cómodo. Las camas están perfectas, a pesar de estar en una zona muy céntrica por la noche no se oye ni un ruido. El café y el agua es gratis todo el tiempo. Incluso te guardan las maletas de forma gratuita. Repetiremos!
