Excelente hotel, valeu muito a pena. Eu voltaria.
Pros:

Hotel com áreas de circulação, espaço externo e interno ótimos, garagem de fácil acesso, fica relativamente próximo do centro, precisei de Uber apenas a noite. O café da manhã era excelente e o quarto muito grande.

Cons:

Tinha elevador, mas os quartos do 2 andar tinham um lance de escada, mas nada que prejudicasse, pois perguntaram se queríamos quarto no térreo ou nos andares de cima.

Cons:

Nos dias em que fiquei hospedado a água do chuveiro e pia estavam com um cheiro horrível. Questionei o responsável sobre isso e ele me falou que o hotel havia feito higienização das caixas d'água e por isso estava com aquele cheiro. Disse também que a água não deveria ser consumida. Só que em momento algum no check-in fomos informados sobre isso. Outro problema que ocorreu no nosso quarto (nº 28), foi o barulho do frigobar quando ligava e desligava, principalmente a noite, atrapalhando o nosso sono.
