Our pool is open to everyone Monday - Thursday all day and on Friday - Sundays is restricted to no children after 12:00pm, unless they are a hotel guest or member.
Please note that The Natural Health Spa is closed on Mondays.

The people who work at the hotel cannot do enough to help this makes the hotel more amazing than it already is. If you are only visiting one hotel in Cornwall make it this one!!!!

The pool area could do with a little updating

Everything - we had the most gorgeous room that just felt like a little cottage - very comfortable bed, lots of space, amazing products to use in sizes where you don’t feel like you can’t use the product properly! We were greeted with the most friendly reception and everyone we saw around the property said hello to us. Breakfast was gorgeous and amazing quality - we don’t eat meat very often and save it for nice moments and the eggs Benedict ham was amazing! We used the sauna twice over our stay which was such a treat… we are actually local and this felt like such a treat and a holiday even for one night

The room was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and a lovely walk in shower.
In the Spa facilities the sauna was stunning
The pool was quite cold and needed a bit off TLC.
Spacious cottage, parking close, ground floor, lovely gardens, near river but no views, staff took us to the river in a golf buggy because walking was a bit difficult for us. Restaurant very good. Huge comfortable bed, newly refurbished bathrooms, spotless bed linen and big fluffy towels. Staff very welcoming and helpful.
lots of potholes and uneven road surfaces, not good for wheelchair users, it's an old building with lots of stairs.
oven and extractor greasy, plenty of kitchen equipment but non stick pans were ruined by previous guests so needed replacing. Cleaning could be more thorough and shower drain needs unblocking. All this was mentioned to a manager who thanked me for letting her know and will make sure issues are resolved.
The restaurant and food were excellent
The location was absolutely fantastic, the rooms were wonderfully spacious with gorgeous large windows that filled the space with light, and the SPA was a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast was very good, and the view was absolutely amazing. We’d be delighted to return.
Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service on the evening of our second day, but we made the most of it by enjoying the outdoor whirlpool instead.
Location was great and picturesque, lovely walk to the beach and along the coast. The room was large, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Loved the pool and spa facilities too. We had dinner which was fantastic, food was great and service very good.
Breakfast had a great selection of continental and cooked breakfast options.
