Excellent.
Pros:

Service was very good. Pool and hot tub were lovely and clean. Breakfast was quick and delicious. They provided a dog bed and bowl and have the dog a big treat for the journey home

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, restaurant was not enticing.
Pros:

Some items were over cooked, when ordering separate items a very paltry serving was given.

Cons:

More flexibility. They were very rigid in table times and if you wanted a light meal ordered from the bar you had to formally book a table to eat in an empty conservatory. It seemed to us the kitchen might be understaffed.
Corridor areas were not cleaned daily.

Short break near Helston
Pros:

Staff were friendly, location was excellent, breakfast was nice. Costly couple of nights away, but I suppose you get what you pay for in life

Pros:

Location was superb, room was exceptional all the staff were warm and friendly, polite and very professional
Spa area was good and pool was great
Definitely recommend

Cons:

Not a didn't like but thought the breakfast was a little underwhelming considering the status of the hotel, cereal choice very limited eg no granola and no continental choice...meats and cheeses....all have been available at hotels stayed at that were at a less rating.
Can really see where the improvements need to be carried out and once completed the hotel will be amazing
Overall nothing we didn't like just "disappointed"
