A good restful break, nice location and facilities. Would happily return in the future.
Pros:

Good country feel. Warm welcome and very friendly staff. Excellent grounds, beautiful views and walks. Great quality food.

Cons:

Beds very comfortable, but pillows poor. TV in room very small and issues with tuning channels.

Gorgeous location and lovely restaurant

We had a wonderful holiday at Budock Vean, which is located in one of the most stunning areas of Cornwall. Our favourite things about Budock Vean - other than its amazing location - are the restaurant, especially dinner, and having an indoor swimming pool with a sauna and Jacuzzi. The Spa treatments are also very nice. I enjoyed a facial this time. We have been here before and it is always incredibly relaxing.

Cons:

The coffee at Breakfast was not particularly good and the coffee machine was very slow leading to queues! It’s imperative to have a really high-quality coffee machine these days. The kitchen seemed understaffed as we often had to wait a long time for our breakfast and evening meals to arrive. However, the food was amazing when it did arrive.

Mums 60th birthday weekend surprise

How thoughtful the hotel / staff were at making my mums 60th birthday surprise special and for all the little extras. It truly made my heart so full to think my mum and her best friend were taken so good care of. Thank you so much for making my mums mini get away so special and lovely

Pros:

Staff were super friendly, food was incredible (the onion soup was one of the best things I've ever eaten), loved the half board option, gorgeous sauna and outdoor jacuzzi, gardens and walk down to river lovely, great proximity to the Ferry Inn pub.

Cons:

No fridge in room, room WAY too hot severely impacted sleep could not cool room down with windows open.

Wonderful Spa hotel
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely spacious room and bathroom. Excellent facilities, good size pool, tennis courts, and snooker room.
A Spa and Golf ⛳️ Hotel. Beautiful gardens and surroundings with a walk down to the Helford passage.
We had a delicious dinner in the evening, the food was amazing.
We also visited the Ferry boat in, lovely, friendly owner, would definitely recommend a visit but it can get busy so maybe book a table on their website.
The Hotel is not too far from Penzance, we visited St Michael's Mount, but sadly it is closed on Saturday's. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
