Pros:

Good location with great sea view. Near all outside facilities i.e restaurants. Friendly helpful staff good breakfast

Cons:

Poor quality of facilities/ materials. Hotel was quite run down desperately in need of upgrade. No facility for charging phones. Lift did not work. Stairs difficult to manage far from user friendly poor lighting in some areas

Great staff, fantastic location!
Pros:

Staff are lovely, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the hotel is very clean. I had asked for a sea view, I didn't pay for one of the sea front rooms but they my window did face out of the port which was great.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty basic, this is fine for me but others may expect more. The lift doesn't seem to work which was a problem for one of our party.

Die Lage am Hafenbecken von Port Andratx ist einmalig schön. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine große Anzahl Restaurants.
Das Hotel selbst ist nicht mehr neu, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist auch umfangreich und gut.

Great location but very noisy.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate but the same every day. The location was great. They definitely need to buy a decent coffee machine.

Cons:

Didn’t like having to walk up 2 flights of stairs to our room as we’re over 80!!! There was a lift but it hadn’t gone for years. Also Tim’s bar was very close so sometimes people singing and playing guitars until 3/4in the morning.

Hotel disappointing for the price !! Nowhere to sit in the sun

£269 3star hotel too expensive-poor breakfast serve yourself-clear your own table -put waste on a central table -all decor done on the cheap
No glasses or anything like removed from room -nothing moved or tidied
Had to go to a public bar and restaurant to get a drink-nothing in hotel was a bar but was not used !! Decor very disappointing.
No sunbeds anywhere on the property although a sunbed is shown on the website on a balcony—when I pointed this out to reception they made out it wasn’t a photo of the hotel 🤷‍♂️

Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Im Hotel selber sind keine kalten Getränke erhältlich. Bei 35 Grad würde man sich über ein kaltes Glas Wasser freuen. Absolutes No-Go. Keine Minibar, keine Nachttisch Lampe. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht in der Temperatur geregelt werden. Kein funktionierender Aufzug. Insgesamt hat das Hotel den Charme einer Jugendherberge.
