More expensive than it should be, misleading description of the rooms when booking.
Pros:

Cons:

did not realize I was booking into a windowless room when I made the booking. Had an iron in the room which was completely malfunctioning so I could not iron shirts.

Too okd
Pros:

The room was clean. But no carpets it was not cozy. I did not have a hairdryer, which I did not realize until after I had already washed my hair it took him over an hour to bring it to me and then it did not work no matter where we plugged it in.

Cons:

It was too plain. Carpets would’ve been nice.

Solid option in a pinch, and probably no worse than any of the other hotels in downtown
Pros:

The property is in a great location in downtown. Durham. The aesthetic is also this nice retro vibe.

Cons:

Although it’s in a great area, this isn’t necessarily a great value for the money. The style of the property is nice, but the substance is somewhat lacking. I would not order breakfast from here as everything is premade, and even a coffee took over 20 minutes to make (not a ton of guests during that time either).

This is a really good place to stay-cate if you wanna quick get away in luxury
Pros:

It was a great stay. Nice atmosphere inside. Exciting night life. I was overly pleased with the staff😁 they were really nice. My only note is the price. But overall I’d book again!!

Lovely staff and amazing location, but work could be done on the upkeep.
Pros:

It was so fun being so close to the pool! The staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the tv in our room was broken, and the smoke alarm needed new batteries so it kept flashing which was disruptive to my kids at night. There were also several cockroaches - both in the room and outside.

Cons:

Ok so let’s start by saying that you have to pay for parking in the hotels own parking garage ($25) this was not told before purchase. I was looking for a place with a restaurant as we would be arriving around 6Pm no restaurant and the bat food was a joke a bad joke, again not a great area to walk around. Yet the post said they had a restaurant on premises, coffee maker in room didn’t work and yet they had signs stating breakfast was served every day NOT I had to find a coffee shop for a cup for me and wife. I would say the pictures on your sight are very miss leading and made the place look great it was not.

Pros:

Уборка номеров на хорошем уровне. Ежедневно и тщательно.

Cons:

Номера без окон, заблокированные суммы на непредвиденные расходы не разблокировали спустя уже 3 три дня. Тогда как в других отелях это делается сразу.
