Cons:

I paid for a king and was given a queen and then a double because they overbooked the hotel. Because I booked third party I got no monetary compensation.

I love the central location to downtown and the Square where they have events.

The property was nice however it does seem to need some basic upgrades cosmetically.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the DJ at night, made for a fun Friday after I got checked in.

Cons:

The morning staff were a little rude to my friend when he asked for more coffee, saying breakfast was over but there was still roughly 30 minutes left. The second staff clarified the time to the first staff and the coffee was then made.

Pros:

Everything was great with our weekend stay - great location with attached secure parking. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are back in downtown Durham.
