Cons:

Colchón hundido y cubre colchón viejo y arrugado. Poca limpieza. La mochila del baño se trababa. Sábanas finitas y viejas.
Pelos en las sábanas y en el piso. Cortina black out buenísima y sucia. Desayuno continental berreta

Pros:

Lamentablemente al llegar al hotel un domingo a última hora y habiendo bajado recien del avión, nos informan que no guardaron nuestra reserva "por problemas con la plataforma" y que no podían recibirnos pues estaban completos.
Explicamos que hicimos la reserva 10 dias antes, de igual manera no obtuvimos respuesta.
Deje mi número telefónico para que me envíen la cancelación que en teoría elles tenias que hacer (ya que mi tarjeta de crédito habia quedado registrada). Me dijeron que la encargada se iba a comunicar. Ya paso una semana, sigo esperando.
