Pros:

The room was clean, location is good, staff was trying to meet our needs but some with some buts

Cons:

The staff doesn’t speak English at all. The breakfast is a snack not a real breakfast with warm ingredients just a boiled egg, some cheese, olives and bread

I can’t consider this as breakfast

Otelin konumu cok guzel. Şehir merkezinde. Ve ayrıca otel cok temiz. Personel cok iyi ve guleryuzlu.. ayrıca herhangi bir ihtiyacınızı karşılamak için herzaman bir personel bulabilirsiniz.

Would definitely stay here again, but pack your travel iron.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious rooms, non smoking, shower feels like a spa, and coffee and tea provided everyday.

Cons:

I did not like that they don’t have an iron for the guests to use and their washing service is very limited, not to mention expensive. I would stay here again but I would my travel iron for the convenience.

Merveilleuse place Sultan Ayyoub ✨

Nous sommes venus en groupe de 12 personnes
Et avons pris plusieurs chambres .
Toutes les chambres étaient parfaites,propres,spacieuses et tous étaient agréablement surpris de la qualité de l’hôtel
Je ne comprends pas les remarques négatifs de certaines personnes 😞
L’hôtel est très agréablement situé dans une petite ruelle au calme et sécurisante avec des commerçants très agréable et respectueux
Les hôtes sont très professionnels et souriant ainsi que les femmes de ménages qui sont discrètes et serviables
Un grand merci à vous tous qui avaient rendu notre séjour plus qu’agréable ☺️

Magnifique hôtel thé élégant dans un quartier jadis rempli d’histoire 🤲
Pros:

J’aime bcp cette hôtel ,il est très bien placé et au calme.
Le hôtel est très propre,les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et les femmes de ménages sont très agréables ainsi que les hommes à la réception
C’est une adresse à Istanbul que j’ai partagé avec mes connaissances et tous on bcp apprécié

Pros:

Tout était parfait ,c’est un lieu chargé d’histoire ✨
L’endroit et reposant et agréable avec un personnel très attentionné envers leur clientèle.
Les chambres sont spacieux et agréable et nettoyés tout les jours,
Les draps sont très propre et sentent agréablement
Une jolie terrasse est disponible dans chaque chambre
Café ,thé et eau tout les jours
Encore merci à tous ✨☺️

Pros:

hatte aufgrund des Ramdans Nachtfrühstück gebucht. Ich wurde sogar telefonisch geweckt. Vorbereitet war ein einfaches Frühstück, aber absolut ausreichend.
