The staff was responsive but they took their time.

Entgegen anderer Bewertungen war ich zufrieden. Kein Schnickschnack, aber für eine Städtereise ausreichend. Zimmer und Duschbereich waren sauber. Frühstück einfach aber ebenfalls ausreichend.

Bu kadar berbat bir otelde kalmadım. Rezalet. Asla tavsiye etmem.

The hotel is good for its price as well as Taksim location but the surrounding area is not a nice one. There are many cafes and 24/7 markets but the street is smelly and dirty. There are also all kinds of people around day and night, walking at night is not unsafe but it feels like it.

I didn't like anything of this horrible hotel. It's cheap but isn't worth it. The bathroom ceiling was black because of the mold. I don't wanna continue because I feel depresed 😔

Alles was heel goed, personeel was super lief.

It was so bad, 3 nights without heater and every nights they told me tomorrow will fixed, I couldn't sleep well for 3 nights

This hotel is nothing like the photos it’s a very rundown place the area is terrible my advice as a regular Traveler do not stay here do you only thing that was good was the staff very friendly other than this disgusting

Too much noise 24 hours especially mid night, arguments and shouting down the road, electricity cut, very weak and regular cut with the internet service, bed sheets and towels are so dirty and not clean at all , even after I mentioned that to the reception on many occasions

Das Hotel war eine pure Katastrophe. Wir hatten den Notausgang direkt im Zimmer, d.h man könnte von draußen aus in unser Zimmer reinkommen. Beim Check-In wurde uns der Schlüssel einfach in die Hand gedrückt, ohne zu sagen welche Etage es ist. Das Zimmer war sehr alt und das Badezimmer unbenutzbar

Nichts war da. Die Fotos sind nicht war. Das Hotel ist nur für Tieren geeignet aber nicht für Menschen!

Look nice on the opSite but when you go in really dirty I asked them they said this picture we put it on five years ago

You are informed that the hotel we reserved was a fraud.
We checked in and out immediately, as the room was nothing remotedly similar to what was advertised.
The employee admitted he has such complaints every single time, and we avoided any further argument since there is no refunding. Yet, we preferred to leave immediately than negotiate any room change.
Please review your policy of no refund for this property, and remove it from your lists. It is a fraud. We can send you photos to compare to advertisement for yourself.
We hope there is some hope for refund - they said no refund because reservation money goes through expedia, so you are involved in this situation as well.
