The staff was responsive but they took their time.
Close to Taxim’s square. Also very close with metro’s station. Taxis prices were also cheap.
Before the trip, I was a little worried after reading the comments of previous guests, but despite the monotonous breakfast and the equipment, which, while clean, were not new, I was overall satisfied with my 5-day stay and may choose the same hotel in future trips.
The location didn't seem very safe at night.

Dusty, dirty, broken tap water, cold, heather start at 11pm to 7am. Everywhere was dusty and dirty. Heather inside the bathroom was leaking. I am not happy with hotel and never go again and breakfast not ready on time and not really good.

This is where Reality hits expectations- looking at the pictures of rooms this hotel offers it seems pretty good, but it's totally opposite. Rooms are very small; no- the walls are not sound proof, they're more like 'you can hear someone whispering in the next room and every step taken in the corridor'- sleepless nights guarantied. Scratched old furniture, cracked mirrors, missing handles... And smell of cigarettes everywhere. Breakfast more like for child and for toast lovers.
The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, there was plenty of drawer and cupboard space and the small fridge was great for storing water. The air conditioning unit was very welcome on days when I got back and was guite hot. The bedding was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and covers available if needed. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly.
The hotel is a bit tired, but the price reflected this. The lift was quite noisy, but my room was near the motor, the hotel was full, but I am sure that if I had mentioned it and it was possible I would have been moved.
