I had a truly lovely stay at this beautifully decorated hotel. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The owners and staff were incredibly sincere, helpful, and courteous — always ready with a smile and genuinely eager to assist. The location was perfect: tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still within walking distance of the lively town center. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Konaklama boyunca çok memnun kaldık. Temiz çok huzurlu bir otel. Otel yetkilleri çok tatlı insanlar. herzaman hic düşünmeden gidebilecegim bir yer. honey suit te kaldık. evimiz kadar rahattı.
Cute small boutique hotel , the breakfast was great but eggs and omelets are not included.
The rooms are large but floors are squeaky and bathroom are small with very low water pressure.
It was a last minute get away.
Die Lage war gut und der Aussenbereich sowie das Frühstück.
Ich habe zu Beginn das sogenannte
"Rezeptionszimmer" erhalten, welches überhaupt nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet war. Das Bett war an vier Stellen kaputt, die Holzlatten gebrochen. Die Matratze war maximal 10 cm dünn, sehr alt und roch unangenehm. Die Schubladen waren ebenfalls beschädigt. Durch das Bett hatte ich so starke Rückenschmerzen, dass ich vor Ort eine Masseurin aufsuchen musste.
Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser, und bereits nach der ersten Nacht bekam ich starken Husten - vermutlich durch Feuchtigkeit oder sogar Schimmel. Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr stickig und unangenehm, möglicherweise aufgrund von Schimmelsporen oder Pilzbefall, was meine Gesundheit stark beeinträchtigt hat.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein, dunkel und entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos oder der Beschreibung bei der Buchung. Es war auch nicht schalldicht, da die Zimmertür offene Spalten hatte.
Trotz meiner sofortigen Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt, dass ich bald ein neues Zimmer bekomme. Es waren jedoch freie Zimmer vorhanden, und dennoch sollte ich für einen Wechsel extra zahlen - mit dem Hinweis, dass ich ja ein „Economy-Zimmer" gebucht hätte. Ich habe mehrmals betont, dass das erhaltene Zimmer nicht dem Standard eines Economy-Zimmers entspricht.
Als meine Bekannte ein paar Tage später ankam, hielt auch sie es nur zwei Tage in diesem Zustand aus. Erst nach mehreren Tagen und erneuten Beschwerden erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Auch dort war unter dem Bett Müll - benutzte Servietten und Essensreste. Die Dusche war undicht, nach jedem Duschen stand das Wasser zentimeterhoch im Bad. Auch hier wurde gesagt: „Das ist halt so beim Economy-Zimmer."
Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nur einmal gereinigt genauso das Rezeptionszimmer. Der Service war durchgehend schlecht - auf Nachfragen und Beschwerden wurde mit Ausreden reagiert. Beim Checkout bekamen wir keine Rechnung und wurden nicht einmal verabschiedet.

Kışın konaklamıştık,Odada sıcak su çalışmıyordu ve odaya cekk in saatinden 3 saat sonra girdik bir türlü temizleyemediler, odada sıcak su yok dediğimizde başka yerde duşa girmemizi söylediler. Kahvaltısı güzeldi onun dışında hiç memnun kalmadık
Gerçekten çok güzel bir otel . Atmosferine bayıldım. Kahvaltısı harika.
Ufak bir sıkıntı girişteki odada kalmanın dezavantajı çok fazla ses geliyor ama zaten çoğu zaman odada olunmadığından çok sıkıntı olmuyor . Gece sessizdi ama gün içinde odada dinlenmek isterseniz biraz olumsuz ama gerçekten harika bir işletme . Havuz bölgesi atmosferi ortamı çok güzel

Otele ilk girdiğimizde kızlarım hayran kaldı ailecek çok beğendik müşteri değil misafir gibi hissediyorsunuz .odamız bahçesi havuzu yemekleri çok guzel.Hakan bey çok ilgili .Yasemin hanım guleryuzlu ve çok yardımcı oldular. The location is perfectly distanced from Alacati market, and the people who run the place were very helpful, especially Muhammad who speaks English as well, The breakfast is truly amazing and fresh. The pool is good to relax and swim in, especially after a long walk in Alacati. the team helped parking my car for free in front of the hotel.
The room was as expected. I understand that this is an old town place. however, the room was very dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned before we checked in, we found an insect in the duvet inside the closet. the bathroom is super small and my 8-year-old could barely fit inside and take a shower. there was no room service during our 2-night stay so we struggled with the towel situation. Plus the AC started dripping on the second day.

Lovely property, the garden is absolutely heavenly and quiet. Laundry smells nice, it is cozy, staff is super nice. We had a great time and would like to come back.

The town was not so vacationish, there were lots of construction going on, dusty and noisy. When we got our room, it was quite dark, even when all the shades were up. We saw room next to it was much brighter, and asked whether we could change a brighter room. The attendant said all the rooms were booked. But during our stay, we didn’t see any other guests…the room is small, especially the bathroom, also old and need maintenance. the water faucet had problems , it shifted out of the sink when we try to turn the water off, shower head is spraying to different directions, and the toilet cover was shaking. The room lacked basic stuff, no water pot, only one bottle of water when we book for 3 person and paid extra. It had only one thin blanket in February, only 10 degree. During our stay, we had to run downstairs many times to ask for things….also, the assistant doesn’t speak English which made it challenging. But he tried his best to help to make our stay more comfortable.

Genel olarak her sey guzeldi ve keyifliydi. Bir tek kahvaltida yumurta dahil olmasina ragmen peynirli isteyince ekstra yazilmasi hos olmadi. Kahvalti sofrasinda dahil olan peynir yumurtaya girince mi parali oluyor anlamadim valla…
They don’t speak English very well but they are so nice and kind. Breakfast is awesome!!!

- no hot water in the upper floor room
- made a mistake and for the last night there they changed the Double Balcony Room I paid for with a small single room near the entrance. Had to move on the spot and no money was refunded although the value of the rooms was different.
- bathrooms were very small in both rooms
- cleaning was done only once upon several requests on my 7 nights stay in the Double room
