Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was relaxing and the personnel was really nice and supportive. We had a problem in the very beginning, but the team provided solutions to it and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel provides everything necessary. The breakfast, as written by many here, was tasty and diverse with slightly changing menu everyday. Moreover, the personnel decided to give something extra for my birthday, which I didn't expect and really appreciated.
The sea is really near. We were worried about the construction site between the hotel and the sea, but at least in our room (side), the windows were blocking all the noise from the outside, and there was not much noise to begin with (mainly just usual street noise).
We didn't regret choosing this hotel. I thank very much the hotel staff for everything they did for us during our stay.

Pros:

Часто выбираю этот отель для отдыха. Отличное расположение. Правда перед отелем стройка, но все равно, прекрасно видно море, до которого, кстати, метров 100. В номере все в нормальном состоянии, чистые полотенца и белье. Ооочень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал! Всегда помогут! В общем крайне рекомендую отель.

Cons:

Из такого минуса, который могу отметить, мне не очень нравятся ковровые покрытия на полу, их в чистоте невозможно хранить. Но это уже на вкус и цвет.

Pros:

The location is amazing, 2 minutes walking from the beach, used manly by lokals. The hotel is very nice, not too big. Swimming pool is also well maintained.
