إقامتنا في الفندق كانت تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. موقع الفندق رائع وقريب جدًا من الحرم، كما أن المسافة إلى مصلى النساء قريبة جدًا، مما يجعله مناسبًا خصوصًا لكبار السن. الغرف كانت مريحة ونظيفة، والخدمة في الفندق كانت ممتازة. كما يتميز الفندق بالهدوء وعدم وجود إزعاج أثناء فترة النوم، وهذا أمر مهم لمن يبحث عن الراحة بعد يوم طويل في المسجد.

وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ عبدالعزيز الحربي في قسم الاستقبال لما قدمه من حفاوة في الاستقبال وسعة في الصدر وتعاون كبير. كان متعاونًا معنا بشكل واضح وساعدنا كثيرًا في تسهيل إجراءات الإقامة وجعل تجربتنا في الفندق مريحة ومميزة.

Our stay at the hotel Al Rawdah was an excellent experience in every aspect. The hotel’s location is outstanding and very close to the Haram. The distance to the women’s prayer area is also very short, which makes it especially convenient for elderly guests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service provided by the hotel was excellent. The hotel is also very quiet with no disturbance during sleeping hours, which is very important after a long day at the mosque.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Harbi at the reception for his warm welcome, patience, and great cooperation. He was very helpful and made our stay easier and more comfortable.

Sahur ve iftar yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Şef celil bey bizi çok güzel ağırladı, ve özel olarak ilgilendi.

مساحة الغرفة كانت صغيرة جدا

Very convenient for Harrum access. One can get to Harrum in 3-5 minutes. Next to the shopping mall. Great staff. The reception desk staff were always very courteous and helpful. Specifically Abdul Aziz and Ebrahim. The check in process by Ebrahim was super fast. Less than a few minutes. There was a fruit basket and assorted nuts already placed in the room. Free of charge. Very generous and excellent service.
The room service guys were very helpful specifically Abu Bakr on 9th floor.
Room was well organized and clean. The best thing in the room was the bedsheets, pillows, blankets and most importantly the mattresses. Very comfortable and super white sheets and pillows. This was an amazing experience. Bathroom was clean and I mean clean because I can’t stand dirty and moldy bathroom. It was really notable that bathroom towels were very large and thick to make one feel good after shower.

الفندق ممتاز ونظيف جداً جداً والاثاث حديث سكنت فيه لمدة 3 ليالي وبعدين مددت ليلتين وكان قريب جداً من المسجد النبوي الشريف وقريب من كافة الخدمات والمحلات ومراكز التسوق والموظفين كانوا في قمة الإحترام والفندق آمن جداً وانصح أي أحد يبا يزور المدينة المنورة فيه. وأكيد بكرر التجربة في نفس الفندق.

Konumu mükemmel. 330 numaralı kapıdan çıktıktan sonra 50 metre ileride karşınızda yer alıyor. Abdest almaya odaya geçebilirsiniz.
Odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve kaliteli malzemeler ile döşenmiş. Diş fırçasından ütüye kadar odada tüm malzemeler mevcut.
