cheep as chips get what u pay for
job done
wasn't there long enough
The staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel.
Cheap.
Ensuite was mouldy and Smelt. Bed was uncomfortable. Floors creaked. The place looks derelict in some places.
Its in desperate need of a major revamp.
Had to leave and stay somewhere else, didn't feel safe
Nothing outright wrong with the room.
The fire doors closed fast enough that it felt like I was at a risk of getting hurt. Occasionally people would slam them loud enough to wake me up at night.
Room size is good , everythings are very poor quality , bedding was clean.
all good for the money.
Hotel is baing refurbished
There was mould in the bathroom in the shower only gave me 1 towel for 3 nights
The staff was ok
The room was an oven, no fan or air con, the lino was sticking to your feet and lifting off the floor, bed was uncomfortable, there was a lot of shouting in the corridor at night, dodgy people around the outside with police and ambulance involved.
Member of staff called Carla were really helpful
Un hygienic, staff poor other than one, windows didn't open, bug on bed when 1st arrived, mould in numerous places in different rooms
Overall bad experience will not be returning
nothink
it was a shambles and diiscusting and full of homeless people and robbed stuff out my room
No go0d
None
Good room for the night
Nothing, it was a £28 room. It was perfectly fine.
Location was good and easy for Alton towers, staff was friendly
The room was too hot even with a fan on and window open, didn't have any shampoo only soap and it's not the best with washing your hair with, the rooms are bit worn down and writing on the wall.
In my view the owner of the Hotel has given up, you could turn that place into a really nice Hotel with a bit of money put into it
Nothing
Everything, it's a very old and decapitated hotel it smells very old. The carpet in my room was so dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Never want to be in such a place ever again. I felt so unsafe because just at the entrance there were a lot of junkies.
