Gute Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Personal war freundlich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit im Zimmer. Viele Restaurants im nahen Umfeld.

Cons:

Das Bett war mir zu weichen zu schmal.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Die Duschabtrennung war defekt.

Pros:

The room was clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the center of Hanover. The room also included a small kitchenette with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee, which was a very nice touch.

Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, the kitchenette and coffee facilities were a great addition and made our stay more comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Unsere Ferienwohnung lag nach hinten raus und war sehr ruhig und zentrumsnah gelegen. Praktisch eingerichtet und von der Größe völlig ausreichend.

Nettes kleines gepflegtes Hotel , zentral gelegen
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Zimmer geräumig, Handtücher und selbst das Toilettenpapier sehr liebevoll drapiert.
Würden es wieder buchen, da es fußläufig zur Stadt liegt und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist super: Vom Hauptbahnhof ist das Hotel in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, auch der Weg in die Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Wir waren wegen eines Konzerts da, und zur Location (Kulturzentrum Faust) kann man ebenfalls gut zu Fuß laufen, alternativ gibt es Haltestellen in der Nähe. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Kiosk, der auch bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet hat, sowie einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Beim Check-in hatten wir Rückfragen, telefonisch konnten wir direkt jemanden erreichen und wurden sofort unterstützt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht, die Größe war völlig ausreichend, und wir hatten sogar einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse direkt am Zimmer. Nachts war es -trotz der zentralen Lage- ruhig.
Ansonsten: Unser Zimmer lag im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, aber das wird bei den Buchungsinformationen ("Kleingedrucktes") angegeben.

Cons:

Auf den zweiten Blick sind uns einige Dinge im Zimmer aufgefallen, die nicht so schön waren: schmutzige Fenster, krümeliger Boden, ziemlich mitgenommene Kopfteile der Betten und ein Kühlschrank, der unangenehm nach Wurst roch, da konnten wir noch drüber hinwegsehen. Aus dem Bad drang jedoch ein beißender (Schimmel?)Geruch, dass wir es nur für das Nötigste benutzt haben. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir das so stehen lassen, ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre in diesem Zimmer für uns nicht möglich gewesen.
