Удобное размещение. Не далеко от железнодорожной станции. Все необходимое в пешей доступности. Чисто, комфортно. Мы не успели по времени заселения и для нас оставили ключ от номера в сейфе для ключей. Очень удобно

Cons:

Мы попали в жуткую жару. Кондиционера нет. Но был вентилятор. Этим и спасались.

Das Zimmer hatte alles was man für eine Nacht benötigt.

Cons:

Uns war nicht klar, dass es keinen Aufzug gab. Wir waren in der obersten Etage untergekommen, für ältere Herrschaften nicht geeignet.

Super saubere Zimmer, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Freundliche Handtuchdekoration. Preis/Leistung top! Und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen! Jederzeit gern wieder!

Cons:

Keine direkten Parkplätze am Haus. Um die Ecke gibt's aber einen öffentlichen Parkplatz bei der Caritas. Nur ca 100m Fußweg, also kein Problem.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Boutique war sehr zufriedenstellend. Ich betone die Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Sorgfalt der Einrichtungen sowie die Freundlichkeit und Disposition des Personals, das auch bei der Beantragung einer Verlängerung meines Aufenthalts einen hervorragenden Service bot.

Cons:

Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es ratsam, eine Klimaanlage zu integrieren, um an Tagen mit hohen Temperaturen mehr Komfort zu bieten.

Insgesamt schätze ich den hervorragenden Service und die herzliche Betreuung des gesamten Teams. Vielen Dank.

Pros:

Ich fand meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und die ganze Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert. Es hat mich gefreut, dass ich mir direkt einen Kaffee in der Küchenzeile machen konnte.

Cons:

Ein Snack- und Getränkeautomat im Foyer wäre nett und die Möglichkeit, den Kaffeekapselvorrat aufzufüllen.

Die Lage relativ nahe zum Zentrum und nächster U-Bahn ist sehr gut

4. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug war überraschend.
Zimmerfenster zur Veranda mit Raucherecke.
Hohe Temperaturen, da oberste Etage.
Zigarettenrauch zieht ins Zimmer, wenn auf Grund der Temperaturen gelüftet werden sollte.
Vom Bad unangenehmer Geruch, wenn der Abluftventilator läuft.
Fernseher mit eingeschränkter Programmauswahl.z.B. kein ARD, kein RTL ...

Gute Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Personal war freundlich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit im Zimmer. Viele Restaurants im nahen Umfeld.

Cons:

Das Bett war mir zu weichen zu schmal.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Die Duschabtrennung war defekt.
