The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The location is fantastic-perfectly situated and convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Looking forward to coming back.

It was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Room was spotless too and the beds were very comfortable!
Pros:

Location was excellent - nice and quiet. Riverside was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little limited. I wish there had been a little more to the gym (rowing machine or bike, etc)

Exceptional location, wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

Excellent staff, lovely comfortable room, big hearty breakfast (included) and fantastic location - right on the river close to old town but far enough away to be quiet and away from the crowds. The perfect location to return to.

The staff and the decor, the room size and cleanliness.

Cons:

The pool area, the loungers were uncomfortable and old. The locations was further out than expected. Breakfast was just ok.

Pros:

The location is perfect near to the old town but a peaceful distance along the river.

Pros:

This was a very nice place to stay, close enough to the old town but far enough away to have some peace and quiet.
The room was lovely with a view of the river. We would happily stay here again. The spa also was excellent. A peaceful oasis.
