Great place and staff would stay again
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location perfect for our stay. Close to the old town but also in a tranquil spot by the river with restaurants close by. Staff were helpful and made our stay better organizing all our day trips

Comfortable, clean quiet hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable clean hotel right on the riverside.
It's a good 20 mins walk to the Old Town, but a pleasant one. This means the hotel is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.
Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle is very useful!

Gute Lage mit Flussblick
Pros:

Die Lage ist nett am Fluss gelegen, ruhig und doch in der Nähe zur Altstadt. Zimmer entsprechen den Angaben. (Zimmer mit Flussblick). Schöner Balkon.
Frühstück ganz ok. Fahrräder sind inkludiert.
Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Bad sollte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Pros:

Staff are like first class. It’s super clean and great value for money.

Cons:

Location wasn’t my favourite, but it’s only a 15min walk into centre or jump on a grab bike so easy.

Pros:

Hidden gem
Pros:

This is a really nice hotel with a French colonial feel it has a lovely view over the river where you can sit on your balcony and watch the world. It’s also not too far from the old town. You can walk there in about 20 minutes but they have bikes so you can ride there very comfortable room lovely staff so it really wonderful place to stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. Not the best we have had in Vietnam but perfectly fine.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast and nice distance from the Old Town. The shuttle bus is a nice touch.

Cons:

One of the guests in our parties key broke when he was turning the key into his room. The hotel staff charged him when this was no fault of his own, I would give higher marks to the hotel and we had a lovely stay until this happened. Disappointing as the hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful.

Séjour agréable pour visiter Hoi An
Pros:

Situation agréable, à 1,5 km de Old Town et tout près du Hoi An Memories Show.
Nombreux restaurants et SPA à proximité sur la Riverside.
Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec beau balcon.
Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct et personnel très attentionné au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pour nous, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles mais un 3 étoiles car aucun accessoire de salle de bains (pas de coton, coton tige, bonnet de bain….). Hôtel dans son jus qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement dont les abat-jours très vieillots et sales…. Ménage à approfondir (plinthes à nettoyer, tiroirs des tables de nuit sales…). Néanmoins nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Beautiful boutique hotel right on the river in Hoi An
Pros:

Lantana was the best accomodation we’ve had so far whilst travelling across Vietnam. It’s such a gorgeous hotel right on the river in Hoi An. It’s a lovely 15min walk into the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old quarter. The staff were so lovely and super helpful. Lisa was a delight!
