Super hotel with an excellent spa
Pros:

Super friendly staff and (for us) a great location - outside the main town but no more than a short walk along the riverside and with a great view from the room. The breakfast was excellent, the pool side service (and pool) really good and the spa treatment one of the best we had during out trip across Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Very resting place
Pros:

Quiet, clean, comfortable and nice staff. Free bike on site. Breakfast is complete.

Endroit calme et charmant.
Pros:

Endroit charmant sur le bord de la rivière, on peut aller dans le centre à pied et tout près le l’île Memories. Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentionné. Très calme après le frénésie du centre-ville.

Bon emplacement pour un bel établissement, personnel très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel en bord de rivière, très bien placé car un peu à l’écart du centre tumultueux de Hoï An, tout en étant à seulement 15 mn à pied du Centre, et l’hôtel a des vélos
Chambres très confortable, belle salle d’eau

Cons:

Pas grand chose, juste un petit manque de goût et d’authenticité dans le Phõ service le matin au petit-déjeuner

Great location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

We opted for a riverside room which was a great choice, watching the boats glide along. very relaxing.
About a mile walk into town but alongside the river on a quite foot/cycle path. Lots of bars and eateries along the path.

Cons:

WiFi signal was intermittent in the room. regularly dropping signal.

This hotel was perfect. We had river view rooms which were lovely. Staff were exceptional! Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect…. Very close to old town, but far enough that it’s quiet at night. We loved our stay here

Idyllische Flusslage

Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist ein Traum. Ein Weg entlang des Flusses führt direkt in historische Hoi An. Sicher überall. Noch nicht mal Moskitos! Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Alle sehr hilfsbereit u fürsorglich. Frühstück von allem etwas vorhanden u toller Service. Betten bequem, Zimmer groß u ruhig. Bad hat viel, u direkt warmes Wasser. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Fluss ist so idyllisch! Wohlfühlambiente groß. Massage war entspannend. Terrasse einladend. Sie bieten auch günstig Motorroller,Taxiservice u Touren. an. Geburtstagskuchen bekommen u alle haben gesungen. Überraschung gelungen. Vietnam von der besten Seite kennengelernt! Wir werden uns immer daran erinnern. Wir würden zurück kommen!! Danke an das gesamte Team!!!

La perfection.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. De l’accueil au départ, tout était parfait. Les équipements, la propreté, le calme, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme des employés, les services ( transport, linge, prêt de vélos, appels à des taxis, conseils sur la ville etc etc ), bref un sans faute de À à Z

Tolles Boutique Hotel mit persönlichem Service
Pros:

Die Lage abseits des Trubel und direkt am Fluss ist toll. Mit Rad, Grab oder auch zu Fuß ist man trotzdem schnell in der Altstadt. Gute Restaurants mit Flussblick gibt’s aber auch gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt, fast noch bevor man ihn ausgesprochen hat. Das Frühstück war gut mit täglich wechselndem Angebot an warmen lokalen Speisen, die einem liebevoll erklärt wurden.
Wir hatten eine Executive Suite, die groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Für alle Annehmlichkeiten ist gesorgt, es gab sogar Licht im Schrank. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass diese Zimmer ganz oben sind und nur einen kleinen, nicht überdachten Balkon haben.

Cons:

Es ist nicht so, dass uns etwas nicht gefallen hat. Aber man sollte wissen, dass der Pool hinter dem Haus den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt und die wenigen Liegen auch im Wasser stehen, weil nicht mehr Platz ist. Er ist sauber und hervorragend zum abkühlen, aber zum länger verweilen, lädt er eher nicht ein.
Auch die sechs Fahrräder sind zu wenig für das Hotel und könnten besser gewartet sein. Aber das ist ja in den meisten Hotels hier so.
