The Chapter Suites & Hotel

i no recommend stay this hotel。suddenly ask me change to other motel，lister“is motel”。Oh my god，i book hotel name is“the charted suits hotel，is no motel。

Location was good.. Next to food truck point.. In front of underwater world

The hotel is still new, too new they dont have a banner of the hotel name so we had trouble looking for it. Other than that, the room is okay, no lifts so had to climb stairs and the toilet flooring was uneven so there was water collected at one part of the floor, have to sweep it away all the time.

Very Very Bad Hotel No Lift Only Very Narrow Stairs very very Bad and small and very Dirtybath room scary horror atmosphere... so many lizards and ants are in the room No Room service please don’t stay here even free of cost very very very bad hotel in Langkawi only location of hotel is good

The place itself was very beautiful. But there were blood and hairs on the bad sheet and floor... very gross. And there were poor nasilmak and literally just bread and jam for breakfast. No egg no juice or anything. I would expect more than this when there is clearly stated that breakfast is included.

This is a very average hotel it is half done and I would say it will stay that way for some time.
The owners do not know how to run a hotel or renovate a hotel.
Overall poor.

Horrible access stairs.
Corridor flooring partially complete & not properly barricade.
Leaky air-conditioning (room).
Furniture (room) orientation felt off...

Ideal for 2 or maximum with one kid. Clean room and newly renovated. Clean toilet with basic stuff like hot water, shampoo, soap, towel etc. A.C was working fine. Hotel is of 2 floor without lift. They provide limited drinking water (1.5ltr/day). 1MYR for per ltr extra drinking water. Location is excellent.

The GOOD.
1. Hotel location is superb. Center of Cenang conviniently close to almost everything; the beach, foods, shops, pharmacy etc.

2. The king size bed + bedsheet + duvet - almost 3/4 star rating comfort.

3. The room size is super spacious.

The BAD.
1. Facilities is almost non existent even for in house TV channel, only RTM1, RTM2 and TV3. No telephone, no Wifi and no safe box provided in room.

2. The toilet is terra cotta tiles. Which one wonders why for a toilet? Not to mention shower walls are damp and leaking.

3. Toilet floor is uneven. The water from showering would consume and overflow inside to the room. They even have the water scrap mop in toilet for us to use after shower.

4. Poor room soundproofing.

5. Air conditioning unit is not properly working when ever you want to switch it on.

6. The in room lighting is bad.

7. Worn out towels of very low and cheap quality even got holes at it for me to use.

8. No daily housekeeping to change towels etc.

9. The hotel itself is in shambles. From room furniture poor condition to toilet sink are all shabby work. Hotel electrical wiring cables, floor tiles are all a mess. Wonder Certificate of Fitness can be approved for business.

I was told the hotel is less than a year old since opening day but then again it should have never opened for business just yet. Not worth the value for that price you have to pay.

The first and the last for Chapter Suites. Sorry.

Don't have room wifi but called a suite. Quite misleading to tourists. Don't have a fridge too as a suite. Door difficult to look from outside. Room no. 105. Ample parking but Road to parking area so muddy & dirty.

Hotelet har bra lägge men fortfarande inte färdigt byggt. Regnvatten rinner på trappsteg inomhus. TV har tre lokala kanaler.

Wonderful place to enjoy the holiday. It's a wel organized tourist place. They prepared the island without disturbing the nature. I really enjoyed staying this newly built hotel.

Wonderful place. I'll love to visit this island again and again.

First of all the location and the room by themselves are fine.

However, the building is still under renovation. Actually the building has major defect, and we wonder if it may collapse...

Clean and really spacious but water heater not spoil no spare part so can not repair. Request for hair dryer also not effort even not peak season.

現在改装中で廊下や階段は建築現場の様相です。シャワー室は廃棄材料は置いてあり、セメント臭い匂いが充満していました。
