קיבלתי חדר מדהים עם מרפסת שצופה אל המפלים. הכל נקי מאוד. אוכל טעים באופן מיוחד, מבחר אינסופי. צוות אדיב ודואג כל הזמן שאהיה מרוצה.

Super schönes Hotel mit atemberaubendem Ausblick!

Schöne Lage. Balkon mit Blick auf den Wasserfall.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Schöner Pool. Tolles Buffet mit riesen Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu weich.
Es kommt gelegentlich zu Stromausfällen und auch das Internet funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig.
Kein Alkoholausschank. Aber das ist kein wirkliches Problem. Man kann einfach selbstmitgebrachtes auf dem Zimmer bzw. Balkon genießen.

Great for a couple of nights.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Great food, lovely clean rooms and bathrooms and great views. There are entertainments provided aimed at smaller children and the afternoon tea in the rooftop was a real highlight.

Cons:

For us it was a little remote and we found it difficult to plan activities which tend to be half-day trips at least a 20 minute drive away. Though, that is not necessarily the hotels problem, we should have spent more time planning!
