Good staff, unique views. You should choose the room wisely not under the pool. Eat small quantities
Pros:

The hotel is located on a very special spot right next to the Attukad waterfall which makes it have a very cool view.
The food in the hotel had an amazing taste.

Cons:

1. One of the pillows in the room smelled like used oil. made me feel very bad
2. The room we stayed at had the pool area right above it, where there are small pebbles on the ceiling of the room . each step over this pebble made a sound of scratching.
3. Right after the stay I had a very bad food poisoning which lasted for 4 days. it was the only place i ate for 2 days before the pain started.

Overall very good experience and memories.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, making us feel like part of their family. Their hospitality truly stood out. We also loved the location—it was perfect and added so much to our overall experience

Beautiful scenery, amazing food and nature
Pros:

It was so welcoming and we felt right at home. The staff were incredible and super helpful. The activities were great and location beautiful with amazing food. We had a great time at spa and the naturalist was very knowledgeable and the walk was amazing.
