We had an amazing experience during our stay.The rooms were well maintained,the surroundings were peaceful and the hospitality was exceptional.Also the main part is the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guest have pleasant stay.
Highly recommended for a romantic getaway. We had gone for our wedding anniversary and stayed in one of the Honeymoon Rooms (Room 404).
These rooms are designed for a spectacular view of Auttukad Waterfall as well as the surrounding tea gardens. The rooms as well as the balcony have a 270 degree view as they are all corner rooms.
Other than the view, what stands out at this hotel is the quality of service. From the initial welcome, to the reception, restaurant staff, rooms service etc, the managers and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
My only negative as far as this hotel is concerned is that they do not serve alcohol / have a bar and they do not serve pork, which I miss especially at breakfast.

Blanket Hotel & Spa is blessed with one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. Being surrounded by clouds and waking up to mist-covered mountains felt magical. The location alone is worth visiting, and the scenery is truly unforgettable.
However, while the views deserve 5 stars, the service unfortunately does not match the standard expected from a luxury property. The overall hospitality and responsiveness could be improved significantly.
The food was another disappointment for us. After eating at the hotel, we felt bloated and uncomfortable for almost two days, which affected our overall experience.
The pool area is beautiful, but it was constantly crowded during our stay, making it difficult to relax or enjoy a proper swim.
Overall, if you’re looking for spectacular views and a unique experience in the middle of the clouds, Blanket Hotel & Spa delivers. But in terms of service, dining experience, and amenities management, there is definitely room for improvement.
Had an amazing stay at Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar! The views were breathtaking, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Munnar. Highly recommended

It was a pleasant stay here. We had lot of sessions and activities for yoga, nature walk, cooking session, fire show, chocolate molding. Swimming pool is temperature controlled so it was relaxing. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was very polite. Special mention to Ajith and Mr Sonu. There wasn't any water in the falls on June 15th. But still it was pleasant stay. We went with family. Night Sky view was beautiful with pretty stars.
