The hotel has a beautiful reception, w/ cafe & modern rentable Hall. The staff is friendly & helpful.
The rooms are in back, at ground level, not so modern, but clean. Walking distance to beach promenade & restaurant.

Dirty rooms

Lobby and dining not enclosed and hot. Need to be air-conditioned and closed.

We were served beers and you could see dirt/rust in the bottles. The waiter and bar tender insisted on cleaning the inside of the bottles.
I showed it to the desk manager and he said he wouldn’t drink it. In power your employees to handle situations.

The water has no adjustment to make it warm. The beddings were poorly make. The bed sheet could hardly cover my body same as the blanket. Good to see in the picture but not in actual. And has roach in my towel

Nice it was very nice and I love this hotel alot the customer service was great and I love to stay in this hotel again.I recommend other people to stay in this hotel I like their customer service alot This would be the no 1 hotel in my entire life 11

It is recommended by the locals as their best hotel. However, they charge for everything extra such as pillows, etc. Amenities in the room aren’t sufficient. Not enough towels, NO washcloths, NO hand towels. There is no pool either. Shuttle to & from the airport is convenient but anywhere else has a charge. Overall, it is good enough for a few days stay.

The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable.

Our deluxe queen room came only made up with a single sheet. When informed the staff gave us another sheet. This time a double sheet. Managed to make the bed using both. No hot water. When told, maintenance came and fixed the problem but then in the morning soaped up and the water stopped. Had to use the toilet hose to wash off. Good aircon, good dark room for sleeping. Lovely, friendly staff

There was a free parking, near the airport, the restaurant has variety of delicious foods and drinks to choose from, the staff are very attentive and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy, all requests were granted quickly or asap, there a generator standby so no brownouts, the aircon was working well, shower has hot water but water flow is very slow… over all I rate the hotel 10 out of 10, excellent.

The property good location and with security safe all the visitors who checks in. The receptionist are nice and courteous

Overall the rooms are average clean. I have to ask on our third day to clean it up and give us fresh towels and shampoo

Short but great stay.
Excellent dinner and service.
Only not so good you mention free Airport Shuttle.
But your Shuttle service starts only at 07.00 a.m. and the flight ist at 06.30 a.m in the morning - so no big help.

The room was clean , but always brownout,, thanks they have available generator.

Unfortunately there was a power outage in San Jose. Good thing Seasons has a generator. The rooms were hot and this is one of the few hotels that still require the room key to be in inserted in a power slot. If you leave the room the power goes off. Took over 4 hours for the room to cool down. the room should have been pre-cooled.
The wifi has a strong signal in the reception area but it is weak in the rooms.
Overall my stay was nice and the staff are great.

Also a nice and restful stay and the staff is great.
