Sehr schöne Anlage und komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal welche sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Sehr schöne saubere Anlage und herrliches Spa.Wireless überall sehr gut und ohne unterbrechen .Taxis waren innerhalb 2 Minuten vor Ort.

Cons:

Das Hotel direkt nebenan hat jeden Tag sehr laute Musik welche wirklich stöhrend ist. Der Baulärm bis spät am abend bis nach 21Uhr ist ebenfalls stöhrend.Das trübt die Idylle sehr.

Overall a disappointing stay, would not recommend
Pros:

Hotel and spa are beautiful

Cons:

Requires improvement:
- Service was very slow (eg. waited over an hour for a bottle of water, despite texting the WhatsApp concierge). Had to keep asking for missing bits from breakfast every day etc. Drink orders weren’t always correct.
- Beachside or poolside service doesn’t start until the afternoon. My drink was taken away even though it wasn’t finished.
- We were told repeatedly the season started the following week, which meant all the restaurants were closed, including the beach club (was not made aware at time of booking)
- Not a full menu on offer- as they hadn’t received the full deliveries (eg no anchovies in Caesar salad or nachos available)
- No water sports available (as advertised on the website)
- Leftover underwear in the drawers from previous guests in our hotel room
- Construction next door is noisy and randomly blasted loud music every now and again

Our flight was at 8pm. They wanted €100 to extend the room for two hours (until 2pm), which we declined. When checking out at 12pm, they then told us they would give us a new room, which seemed slightly odd as then they would then have another room to clean?

From the moment we arrived we are treated like royality , they called the taxi for us every time we needed to step out ,
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been too. The staff is very professional, the hotel is amazing the pictures don’t do any justice . They gave us top class treatment, everything was so perfect and the price is very reasonable for such a High end hotel . We had an early flight back and they prepared us breakfast and gave us gifts as we were leaving . Words can’t express how Amazing the experience was . Thank you Mett for the wonderful stay I will definitely come back for sure !

The pool and beach were fine not the best looking, but to get a nice seating by the beach next to the restaurant you have to pay extra 100€ per person which is weird because it’s part of the hotel.

Nice hotel but disappointed with the experience
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are large, quiet and comfortable.
The view when you arrive is spectacular.
The staff at reception are amazing and always happy to help.

Cons:

We arrived on 27 September after confirming the hotel didn’t close after summer until mid November.

The beach club and two restaurants were closed. All the daily activities stopped so no yoga etc.
couldn’t even make a cocktail, and charge a fortune for a third of a glass of wine.
Everything we wanted at a 5 star resort we could not have because they said it was ‘end of season’ despite taking our money for the booking!
We travelled over 32 hours to meet our friends here and were so disappointed all the facilities we were expecting and excited about were shut down!

Perhaps the 5 Star resort should put that in the booking info because we would surely have stayed elsewhere.

End of season was still very busy!

Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Blick über die Bucht, kleiner Privatstrand für ideale Entspannung, sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal

Cons:

Preise in der Minibar und im Restaurant sehr teuer, das Essen ist allerdings auch wirklich schmackhaft und kleine Wasserflaschen und Kaffeepads gibt es jeden Tag vom Zimmerservice kostenlos
