Herseyi sevdik diyebilirz...cok rahat ettik ve misafir hizmetleri servisini cok begendik butun calisanlar güler yüzlü ve misafirperverler...restaurant tarafındaki bütün yemekler harika yapıldı hergun bu menüleri cikartan şefe teşekkür ederiz ayrıca.

Cons:

A la carte restauranlarini fazla begenmedik... 5gunden az kaldığımız icin hakkımızda yoktu fakat misafir hizmet servisi bize 2kere hediye etti...Bu yönden cok memnun kaldik...Balik restaurant fena değildi...ama Italyan restaurant hayal kırıklığıydi..beklentilerimizin cok.altindaydi...İtalyan tatlariyla alakası yoktu... Normal restaurantlari 10kat daha iyi diyebilirm...bunun dışında diyecek hiç bi lafım yok.

An enjoyable family stay!
Pros:

I wasn’t sure what to expect and we were only staying for one night so didn’t expect much however it was clean, massive, comfortable rooms with stunning views. Great facilities and lots of food and drink options. What made this stay exceptional was all thanks to the lovely staff but in particular Furkan Aşkın! Furkan was incredible. So attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect from sending a message before we arrived, arranging an early check in, a welcome treat in the room, arranging a booking at the à la carte restaurant and so much more. Any questions he immediately responded and helped. A real asset to this hotel and we will definitely be back all because of him.

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is that the bars chilled red wine but that’s it.

Bu otelde gerçekten çok güzel bir zaman geçirdik. Özellikle Furkan Bey’e, bize unutulmaz bir akşam yaşattığı için içtenlikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Tüm çalışanlar da son derece nazik ve güler yüzlüydü; kendimizi her an welkom en rahat hissettik. İki ay sonra tatilimizi geçirmek için tekrar bu otele gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.

Без доплаты сделали late check out - было приятно, потому что приезжали на выходные всего на 2 ночи с пт по вс
Нет проблем с полотенцами и их обменом в течение дня, никто не следил за карточками и прочим
По еде было не плохо, если учитывать цену-качество (но конечно это не крутая пятерка, об этом нужно помнить)

Cons:

Пляж маленький и не уютный, рядом стоят караваны и нет ощущения приватности
Уборка в комнате была не очень хорошей и в целом не сильно заморачиваются с чистотой
За ужином к нам подсела девушка из персонала отеля, из отдела анимации вечерней, сказала у них такие правила - знакомиться с гостями. Это было странно и смутило моего молодого человека 😅

Calişanlar yeterince ilgili değilerdi ve Herzaman tatil için Akdeniz’i secıyorduk ama Akdeniz’le Ege’deki 5 yıldızlı oteller arasında uçurum var sadece havasından dolayı Egeyı tercih ediyoruz sonu çok iyi bıtmıyor eve prıve didim çocuklu aılelere uygun. sadece dinlenmek ve spontan sectıgınız bir oteldi ama gelen misafirler belli statürdeki insanlar sanki gelenler 5 yıldızlı degılde 3 yıldızlı otele gelen insanlar hatta pijamayla gezen bıle vardı ve ilkdefa böyle karışik bir otel gördüm ve kapalı bayanların acık bayanlara attığı rahatsız edici bakışlar attığı durum söz konusuydu. Ama anımasyon ekıbı olayı kurtarıyor kesinlikle ve 11 buçuktan sonra müzık olayı bitiyor normalde otellerde 11 buçuktan sonra 2 ye kadar mutlaka dısko bölümü olur ve oraya geçilir be eğlenmeye devam edilir ama o olay yoktu çok sasırdım su ana kadar favori otelim clup mega Saray Belek mutlaka herkese tavsıye ederim

Nice sea-side vacation with kids
Pros:

It is a nice location to enjoy a sea side vacation with kids. Sea is quite clean and it is safe for kids as you have to walk quite much to get your feet above the ground. Kids club and the staff there are great. Beverage quality is quite good as they use A-brands which is not too common in all-inclusive hotels in the same price range. Food quality is decent and above the average of all-inclusive hotels in Turkey. The hotel is located on a beautiful crescent shaped bay and it is only hotel in that area. We were cheked in to sea-viewing rooms although the reservation was for garden view which was really nice of them.

Cons:

I think most probably they were closed in winter so part of the staff was not well organized as our visit was in April. We were checked in to an incorrect room, and the next one had some issue with the toilet which was then fixed by the staff. Another issue was that too much noise came from outside in the night which made it hard for sleeping earlier than midnight.
