Без доплаты сделали late check out - было приятно, потому что приезжали на выходные всего на 2 ночи с пт по вс
Нет проблем с полотенцами и их обменом в течение дня, никто не следил за карточками и прочим
По еде было не плохо, если учитывать цену-качество (но конечно это не крутая пятерка, об этом нужно помнить)

Cons:

Пляж маленький и не уютный, рядом стоят караваны и нет ощущения приватности
Уборка в комнате была не очень хорошей и в целом не сильно заморачиваются с чистотой
За ужином к нам подсела девушка из персонала отеля, из отдела анимации вечерней, сказала у них такие правила - знакомиться с гостями. Это было странно и смутило моего молодого человека 😅

Nice sea-side vacation with kids
Pros:

It is a nice location to enjoy a sea side vacation with kids. Sea is quite clean and it is safe for kids as you have to walk quite much to get your feet above the ground. Kids club and the staff there are great. Beverage quality is quite good as they use A-brands which is not too common in all-inclusive hotels in the same price range. Food quality is decent and above the average of all-inclusive hotels in Turkey. The hotel is located on a beautiful crescent shaped bay and it is only hotel in that area. We were cheked in to sea-viewing rooms although the reservation was for garden view which was really nice of them.

Cons:

I think most probably they were closed in winter so part of the staff was not well organized as our visit was in April. We were checked in to an incorrect room, and the next one had some issue with the toilet which was then fixed by the staff. Another issue was that too much noise came from outside in the night which made it hard for sleeping earlier than midnight.

The hotel was good and in a goid location.
Pros:

It was in a good location. The entertainment staff were amazing, approachable and very attentive and helpful!! Best part of our stay!!

Cons:

The management staff was not friendly at all. During meal times the staff was more worried about cleaning than making sure you had everything you needed. I could never get a drink except water and it seems if I asked for another beverage it was an inconvenience. The food was OK. Nothing special but you had basic food if you needed. The guests were 90% families with small children so if that’s not your thing, I would not recommend this hotel.

My day was excellent. I enjoyed the hotel. It was spacious. Everything was well organized. You had everything you needed

The properties big clean well maintained everything is close to each other. I do recommend this hotel to families a very nice place. The management there was amazing. Staff are amazing. I was there to help you please you there was a guy named Baris front desk. He was amazing. I was there to help us out. I want to thank him so much.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the windows they were dirty outside. They could've cleaned it from the outside and inside.

A great ultra all inclusive experience in Didim, with minor things that can be improved in rooms
Pros:

The ultra all inclusive service provides everything you may need during a day. All the meals are good quality with large variety. There is some drink or snack service at almost any time during the day. The coffee places, snacks and drinks are good. Ice cream and fruit service next to beach are great. There is good quality event everynight. The garden area is very effectively decorated, offering different seats and tables to be preferred at different times of the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very suitable for kids, offering great kid playground, pool and slides. Beach area sunbeds and showers are plenty and good. Plenty of elevators providing easy access to higher floors.

Cons:

Although the rooms are renovated, some room doors have locking problems, some bathrooms have water leakage coming from upper floor during shower times, some closets in the toilets are wrong positioned, all of which are rapidly responded by the staff. Although there are several staff around, drink service during meals and tea-coffeee service has delays and queues at rush hours, requiring more personnel. The parking area surface could asphalt or concrete rather than gravel or the gravel could be better pressed.

We expected a lot more!
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely indoor play area and the beach was nice. On arrival initially the hotel looks lovely but on closer inspection there are a lot of areas that need work.

Cons:

We had a room with sea view and a balcony, but the room was not finished to the standard expected. The lights were not fully working in the room, the telephone didn’t work, the safe didn’t work and the mini fridge barely worked. The fuse box was open with wires exposed inside the wardrobe. All of these things were reported upon arrival and nothing was done. The finish in the bathroom was a joke! You wouldn’t have paid the decorator if they did that level of work in your home! Overall the room was very poor and not what you would expect. House keeping left a lot to be desired too. Have only shared a few photos.
