It was unpleasant.
Pros:

The first room we were given had used dried chewing gum in the draws lip stick on the sheets and very poor quality mattress's and thin pillows. The bathroom had black mold and was extremely unclean.
The second room we got moved to also had extremely un comfy bed and thin pillows and bathroom was dirty with stained Lino. But at least this room was slightly more clean. No one checked with us if the room was okay and the customer service was poor.

Cons:

Pretty much everything. The decor is extremely out dated.

perfect for a one night stop on a business trip

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Convenient for where we were attending the following day. Friendly staff, bar area and breakfast available on site. Room was very reasonably priced and had everything we needed for a short stay. Bathroom wasn’t as up to scratch as the rest of the place but clean and tidy. Heaters could have done with being turned on before we arrived as it was a bit chilly but soon warmed up

Near a main road but actually well sound proofed and no traffic noise issues

Enjoyable, comfortable stay.
Pros:

I like the fact that it’s out of town but easy to get to. I stayed for two separate nights in two different rooms and both showers were superb… really helped me relax … thank you.

Cons:

Nothing really although my room didn’t have any menus for me to browse.

Have stayed before and is my go to hotel when in the area.
Pros:

Location was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. Liked that it was out of town which made the parking feel private and safe. Good food and service served until late.

Cons:

Nothing really… very slight niggle that the remote for the TV was not in the room but that was soon remedied.

The price matched the expectations
Cons:

General cleanliness in the room. Shower glass was frosting from water marks, Mould on the grout and sealant in the shower. Shower leaks from the hoses as seal are missing.

The hotel is generally looking tired and dated but nice enough. You could also hear every conversation and movement from ajoining rooms like they were in the same room.
