Great last minute booking - really good pizzas !
Pros:

We booked last minute to be closer to Birmingham airport - super quick to get there and much cheaper than airport hotels

Pros:

Great location for our needs and the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

We only had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel although there were 2 of us in the room. No air conditioning, normally this wouldn't be an issue but it was the hottest May day in record.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Restaurant was nice and the setting was nice too.

I wouldnt normally leave a negative review but ive received several emails asking me for one. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was very run down. It felt dirty, scruffy and uncared for. There were cobwebs everywhere.. even on the windows. The heater looked like it was falling off the wall. It just felt really worn out, delapidated and aged. It clearly hasn't had even a basic lick of paint or a deep clean for years. If the owners of this property were to spend a weekend caring for this room to bring it back to life my experience would have been 5 stars. The staff, location, and bar / restaurant make this a really nice place. It's the rooms that let it down.

Really nice staff and value for money.
Pros:

I've stayed here before and the staff are always great. The price is matched to the facilities, they are a bit tired but everything is OK. Room was comfortable and clean.

Nice location

Cons:

First room smelt really bad of sewage. Was no issue being moved but room was freezing cold at first. No mattress protector, no spoons, very tiny tea cups and one glass, one toilet roll and 1 small towel and a large in a double room. Place has gone down hill for accomodation, think they're more interested in the events and food part of it now. Rooms really in need of an update and better finish

Cost effective and location is perfect to airport.

Cons:

Outdated, not clean, mould all over shower tray. Just needs a good deep clean and mattress is super soft.. self preference I like a firmer mattress.

Cons:

Very dirty towel in bedroom. Television not working. Dirty cups not cleaned. Dreadfully slow service in dining room. Basic yoghurt 'run out'

TRADES MEN BEWARE VEHICLES TARGETED

Good location but that’s where it ends

Cons:

Vans Broken into in carpark . First Checked me in to a dirty room with no bedsheets on etc , had to go back down and request another room . Key card wouldn’t work for the new room . Eventually got in . Went to my vehicle around 30 mins after checking in to find someone had cut a hole into my van door and stole tools out my van . They also did another van at the same time . Hotel staff were useless , couldn’t care less . Said they would speak to police . Never bothered following up with me or before I checked out . Still not had any correspondence from them . Disgraceful customer service
