Shower plughole was blocked in room 27, so had to keep switching the shower off to allow time for the water to dribble away.

Bargain hotel for the area = easy access to stratford area and beyond = happy hour midweek in the bar =great venue for functions or just a quiet drink =staff always polite and attentive = good size rooms
The showers are good but the grout and silicon sealant need a deep clean or temoving and replaced we havebeen coming here for past 8 years and this issue hss never been addressed = its not dirty but just looks it

Stained white towel was grim and shouldn’t have been offered. Breakfast very basic. Having to pay extra for parking.
Well located for our purpose. Set back from road - not aware of much road noise. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The price was not great for what you got I paid £111 in the end for a double room because I accidentally booked a twin room at £91 which was my fault but it was not worth that much money. Sleeping was not great the walls are very thin and every floorboard creeks so that’s all you can hear most the night. The bed wasn’t comfortable and very cheap mattress. Shower wasn’t very clean either.

Considering the weather was extremely hot there were no fans available at all, the shower enclosure was mouldy and there was no shelving for toiletries. The signage in the main building and corridors was not clear and the staff were not really forthcoming with information about room location, floor number etc
Easy access. Lots of parking.
On the floor leading to our room, the cleaner had left the cupboard open. There were 2 hoovers left across the floor causing a trip hazard. It was like someone had just dumped them there and left. It made it feel cluttered and a bit chaotic. They were busy with short staff but the staff that were there were very helpful and courteous.
I was a late check in, but still was seen too promptly, politely, and effectively.

There had been something split on the carpet near the table that wasn't properly cleaned up.
The shower has evidence of black mould around the base.
The water in the shower was draining very slowly so I was stood in a pool of water after finishing the shower.
