Very clean and well maintained property Restaurant was excellent. Did not use any of the spa facilities as we were there for a wedding and basically needed a place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As this property is out in the countryside there was nothing in the immediate area without driving into town. I would assume that people booking this property are there for the spa facilities. It is not located near any major transportation routes.

One of the best Medical SPA hotels in Busko. Small, good organized, with various rooms / some of the in controversial style / and very helpful and attentive staff. They offer both accommodation only option and medical packeges with several treatments. Very tasty food, with many vege positions, served by friendly waitresses. The ony drowback is the location at the busy road, so in some rooms could be noisy.
The price is very reasonable, especially accepting the medical packeges.

Świetny hotel, pokoje dzwiekoszczelne dzieki czemu mozna się bardzo dobrze wyspac. Pyszne jedzenie. Ogromny plus za mozliwosc śniadania od godziny 7.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Very nice and clean rooms are offering different flavours depending which one you rent. Breakfast was very good and selection was quite good for a hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Ben gematigd gestemd betreft dit hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de jacuzzi is leuk, maar er wordt niet schoongemaakt in de hotel kamers. Ook om nieuwe handdoeken moest gevraagd worden. De kamers zijn wel leuk, maar ook hier en daar wat onderhoudspunten waar ze op kunnen verbeteren

Unique designs of rooms; fantastic staff. Could have WIFI technician on hand to help with glitches.

Very pleasant experience, the room was clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds, high quality sheets and towels. Good location with lots of parking space. Tasty food.

Nice rooms with all needed amenities, GREAT meals (all of them were delicious - breakfast, lunch and dinner), small but convenient spa (saunas, jacuzzi), huge parking spot.

The only concern is unfriendly staff... We booked a double room and got a twin one, they disregarded our complaint and were very rude trying to convince us they do not have doubles at all... They do, and we were granted one after one or two nights in a different room (after threatening that we would contact the agency organizing our stay asking for charge-back). After hard negotiations we were given free massage as a compensation for the inconvenience.

Really nice spa, including salt cave, creative and healthy cuisine, friendly and open minded staff, interesting interior, although Eden room which we got is not our favorite. And off season price was really appealing. Good areas for running nearby including Park Zdrojowy.

Simply- superb. Highly recommended. Unforgettable place with beautifully designed rooms, each of different theme and ambience.
Attention to details, quality of materials and workmanship are unparalleled. Cleanliness is exemplary.
Excellent , healthy yet very refined cuisine based mostly on local, organic foods.
Personnel is most accommodating, sincere and charming.

a quiet and welcoming place with marvelous rooms and even more astonishing staff. It's more of a boutique hotel, than a typical Polish spa, in the outskirts of the city but within walking distance to the park, cafes and shops. It is a brand new hotel with very clean rooms, each individually designed and named, and comfy beds, nice linen, soft dressing-gowns. Ours (Roses) had a lot of space and a balcony. You have complimentary water in the room and all the amenities to prepare tea or coffee. We found it to be of a very high standard for a reasonable price. Another outstanding quality is the food they serve: cooked according to five element Chinese theory prepared and overseen by a dietician. I stayed there with my mom who is a meat lover and she was as happy with the cuisine as me, a vegetarian. You have a limited choice but everything is fresh and tasty. I travel a lot but it is the first place where I was offered this kind of cooking. A free car park and wi-fi only adds to this place. But I have to mention the staff: Kuba, Radek, Monika - in the reception - all very helpful, show you to the room, help with the luggage and are of assistance whenever it's needed. The only thing I find as a drawback are the opening hours of the restaurant - you can only use it during the meal times, and even those are very limited (6 to 6.30 p.m. for dinner e.g) It's a shame as the restaurant is also nice and spacious with extraordinary manager Ms. Kasia. I will be very happy to come back (especially that I haven't used its spa yet) and I highly recommend it to anyone who is going this direction. It's really a diamond that you can rarely encounter.
