В целом понравилось, главное, благодаря персоналу и расположению гостиницы.

Невероятно приветливый персонал, очень приятные люди, готовые тут же помочь! Большое вам спасибо!
Прекрасное месторасположение, удобно гулять, вокруг магазины, недалеко от исторического центра и парков, это просто здорово!
На завтрак готовят отличный кофе!
Банкомат прямо в гостинице.

Cons:

Есть проблемы с чистотой: первые полотенца, например, ужасно пахли, они сильно застираны и создают неприятное впечатление. Нижние номера отличные, но расположены прямо около административных помещений и около двери, которая все время хлопает :( Не критично, но не очень приятно.
В туалетах не везде работает вытяжка, очень сильно пахло канализацией. Не было даже освежителя воздуха, пришлось купить.
Скорее, не особенно понравилось соотношение цена и качество, потому что есть подобные гостиницы значительно дешевле, непонятно, за что такая цена :(

В отеле ЛИЛИЯ впервые, превозошёл наши ожидания!! Во-первых, персонал - чудо! Приняли как родных! Гаянэ каждое утро встречает на завтраке, буквально за ручку ведёт к столику и варит прекрасный кофе!
В номере идеальная чистота, качественное постельное бельё и хорошие полотенца! Холодильник отлично работает,, чайник, чай, кофе в наличии. Уборка ежедневная.
Очень удобна круглосуточная регистрация и обменный пункт. Мы заказали трансфер в аэропорт и ничуть не пожалели, всё вовремя и комфортно.
Большое спасибо!! Теперь в Ереван только к вам! Удачи и процветания!
