В отеле ЛИЛИЯ впервые, превозошёл наши ожидания!! Во-первых, персонал - чудо! Приняли как родных! Гаянэ каждое утро встречает на завтраке, буквально за ручку ведёт к столику и варит прекрасный кофе!
В номере идеальная чистота, качественное постельное бельё и хорошие полотенца! Холодильник отлично работает,, чайник, чай, кофе в наличии. Уборка ежедневная.
Очень удобна круглосуточная регистрация и обменный пункт. Мы заказали трансфер в аэропорт и ничуть не пожалели, всё вовремя и комфортно.
Большое спасибо!! Теперь в Ереван только к вам! Удачи и процветания!

Очень приветливый персонал, минимальный, но хороший завтрак, отличное расположение. Вполне чисто, в номере все необходимое

Cons:

Окна выходили во двор, прямо на трансформаторную подстанцию, которая сильно гудит. Вероятно, только в этом номере такие особенности. В остальном все отлично

Hotel consigliato solo se hai un budget limitato.
Pros:

Personale alla reception molto disponibile e gentile. Vicinanza al centro, è possibile raggiungere a piedi Piazza della repubblica in 5 minuti.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza con qualche limite, il cambio degli asciugamani è stato effettuato tutti i giorni, ma c'era molta polvere sul pavimento e sulle mensole. un pò di puzza di risalita nel bagno. I letti non comodissimi. Assenza quasi totale di colazione dolce.

Дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендую останавливаться на короткое время.
Pros:

Отель расположен удобно. Номер не новый, но все чисто. Убирались каждый день. В номере есть холодильник, чайник. Завтраки нормальные, выбор из 3х блюд+жарили яйца. Каждое утро варили кофе. Также на ресепшене каждый день можно было взять пирожные, конфеты. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Уезжали рано на экскурсию, нам сварили яйца, приготовили ланч-бокс.
