Отличное расположение, 7 минут пешком до пл. Республики. Мини-отель, расположенный в жилом доме. В номерах все прилично, есть все нужные вещи. Чисто, невероятно удобные кровати и подушки. Хороший завтрак и вкусный армянский кофе. На фото-вид из номера во двор жилого дома. Колоритно))

Отсутствие парковки, немного уставшие номера.

На короткий период - неплохой вариант.
Pros:

Чистота в номере и в душевой комнате. В душе: зубная щётка, пробник зубной пасты и мыла, туалетная бумага, средство 2 в 1 для тела и волос, полотенце для тела, лица и ног. В номере: чайник, чайный пакетик и кофе, бутылочка воды. Мини-холодильник (пустой), ТВ, WiFi. Тапочки, без халата. Завтрак небольшой, но покушать вполне можно.

Cons:

В номер 21 (и 22) нет балкона, темно в комнате. Вид на достопримечательность — это на внутренний двор с развешенным бельём на верёвках и стену Голубой мечети. На первом этаже есть обмен валюты — обменивают в свою сторону с округлением, лучше менять маленькими суммами. Трансфер — запах бензина, неопрятный вид салона, водитель, который не поможет донести чемодан и ручную кладь, в дни перекрытия дорог персонал не учёл, что такси должно быть подано вовремя, а значит, машина должна предварительно выехать раньше.

В целом понравилось, главное, благодаря персоналу и расположению гостиницы.

Невероятно приветливый персонал, очень приятные люди, готовые тут же помочь! Большое вам спасибо!
Прекрасное месторасположение, удобно гулять, вокруг магазины, недалеко от исторического центра и парков, это просто здорово!
На завтрак готовят отличный кофе!
Банкомат прямо в гостинице.

Cons:

Есть проблемы с чистотой: первые полотенца, например, ужасно пахли, они сильно застираны и создают неприятное впечатление. Нижние номера отличные, но расположены прямо около административных помещений и около двери, которая все время хлопает :( Не критично, но не очень приятно.
В туалетах не везде работает вытяжка, очень сильно пахло канализацией. Не было даже освежителя воздуха, пришлось купить.
Скорее, не особенно понравилось соотношение цена и качество, потому что есть подобные гостиницы значительно дешевле, непонятно, за что такая цена :(
