Buono per un breve pernottamento
Pros:

La struttura è gestita efficacemente dal Signor Dario, disponibile e onnipresente. Cerca di intervenire su tutte le richieste possibili, di scelta della camera, sveglia, caffè la mattina offerto e portato in camera. Per ragioni organizzative , la colazione mi è stata poi offerta nel vicino albergo della stessa proprietà. Ho preso questa camera grazie ad un prezzo davvero molto conveniente offerto dal sito. L'hotel funziona grazie al Signor Dario e ha un arredamento vintage autentico degli anni 70.

Hotel un po datato ma personale cortese e simpatico. L hotel e’ abbastanza datato ma con 60 euro a notte non si puo pretendere niente di piu’. E nonostante c e stato qualche problemino il personale non solo si scusato maci hanno anvhe fatto un buono sconto di loro iniziativa senzache nemmeno gli fosse chiesto.

Hotel trascurato. Camera non idonea a famiglia televisione non funzionante letti rotti. Non parliamo della cena 2 ore per mangiare e cibo qualita scadente come il servizio

HO CHIAMATO LA STRUTTURA QUASI PER CASO UN ORA PRIMA DEL NOSTRO ARRIVO A CHIANCIANO PER RIFERIRE CHE AVREMO FATTO IL CHECK IN SERATA. LORO MI AVVERTONO CHE HANNO PROBLEMI CON IL RISCALDAMENTO E CHE MI HANNO RISERVATO UN ALTRO HOTEL POCO DISTANTE. ACCETTO MIO MALGRADO LA SOLUZIONE. CONTROLLO IL NUOVO HOTEL ASSEGNATO E DALLE RECENSIONI MI RENDO CONTO CHE SIA FORSE ANCHE PEGGIO... DA LI A SERATA PROSEGUO IL MIO TOUR PER CHIANCIANO QUANDO IN MACCHINA PER ARRIVARE IN ALBERGO MI CHIAMANO DALLA NUOVA STRUTTURA DICENDOMI CHE MI AVEVANO DI NUOVO TRASFERITO IN UN ATRO HOTEL A CAUSA DI PROBLEMI CON LE PRENOTAZIONI...
