В номері не було чайника. Куллер з водою не працював на коридорі. Води в номері немає. В один день була холодна вода в джакузі та в дитячому басейні

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to the spa being unavailable.
Cons:

I had been really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, especially because I had heard many positive reviews about the spa. I booked a one-night stay (March 8–9) as a small “self-care getaway” and even took a day off work to fully relax and enjoy the facilities.

Unfortunately, the day before my arrival, in the evening — when it was already too late to change plans — I was informed that the spa would be closed. This was very disappointing, as the spa was the main reason I chose this hotel.

As an alternative, I was offered access to bowling or billiards, which did not match the purpose of my visit. I asked if it would be possible to arrange at least a massage instead, but this was also declined. The only solution offered was a free cancellation.

While I appreciate that the hotel allowed me to cancel without penalty, the situation still significantly affected my plans. I could not reschedule my day off work, and my planned отдых and relaxation simply did not happen.

I believe the hotel itself may still be very good, especially the spa, based on others’ experiences. However, my personal experience was disappointing due to the late notice and lack of suitable alternatives.

Для меня вода в бассейне была достаточно прохладной,это единственный минус что с ребенком было не очень комфортно купаться, в остальном все супер
