Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable catastrophe. Le seul point positif est une jeune femme à l'accueil qui a toujours fait preuve de bonne volonté et a essayé de nous aider comme elle pouvait. Malheureusement, la direction n'a absolument pas été à la hauteur. Dès notre arrivée, le coffre-fort de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n'est qu'un détail parmi tant d'autres. Le plus grave est que nous sommes restés une soirée entière et une demi- journée sans eau dans notre chambre. En guise de solution, on nous a simplement remis des bouteilles d'eau pour nous laver. Les distributeurs de gel douche et de savons étaient également vides. Nous souhaitions profiter de la piscine mais nous avons découvert qu'il fallait la réserver à l'avance. Pour un établissement avec ses étoiles et au vu des tarifs pratiqués, cette information devrait être clairement indiquée. Autre mauvaise surprise : alors que notre réservation via booking comprenant les petits déjeuners, on nous a demandé de payer les petits déjeuners une seconde fois. Il a fallu insister pour que la situation soit enfin prise en compte. Le plus regrettable reste l'absence totale de réactivité de la direction. Malgré nos nombreuses demandes tout au long du séjour face à ces soucis, une responsable très froide et très autaine est venu nous rencontrer que cinq minutes avant notre départ. Même les membres du personnel semblaient désolés et embarrassés par la situation. Cet établissement est très loin de l'image qu'il véhicule dans sa communication. Entre les dysfonctionnements, le manque d'organisation et l'absence de considération de la direction envers ses clients, nous ne pouvons absolument par le recommander. Une expérience très decevante que nous ne souhaitons à personne. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !
We didn’t eat here but the we stayed in a junior suite. Will 100% be returning. Rooms are amazing. Pool and beds are 10/10

The hotel was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. The only thing better than the hotel was the staff team. The front desk team were amazing!! The bar and restaurant staff were fab too.

Tout était parfait, calme, très propre, est ultra confortable. Restauration incroyable et le personnel aux petits soins. J’en ai même rallonger mon séjour de 2 nuits.
