Pros:

In unserer Zeit haben wir auf einer Baustelle gewohnt , Lärm und Baustaub von morgens bis abends.Es war leider keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, fühlten uns nicht wahrgenommen mit diesem Problem.Danke für diesen Urlaub in dem wir uns nicht erholen konnten.

Schlechte Übergabe des Schlüssel.Keine Erklärung wie man ins Haus kommt,noch wo man mit dem Auto parken darf.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Leider ist die Küche sehr schlecht
bestückt. z.b. Keine Eierbecher und keine Möglichkeit ein Brötchen warm zu bekommen.Internet war auch defekt.Fernsehen auch nicht möglich.

Die Lage ist zentral.Die Ausstattung sehr gut.der Zugang ist schwer zu finden.Er befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße.Deutsches Fernsehprogramm ist nichtzu empfangen.

Pros:

Överfull parkering. Hittade plats enbart sista dygnet. Ett dygn utan lakan för bäddsoffan.
Kunde åtminstone funnits tvättmedel för 1 tvätt men icke. Saknade en kökshandduk och ett diskställ.
Dåligt att frukost och pool var på ett hotell 6 min bort. Frukosten på Sand Hotel var Ok men stressig miljö. Annars var det rent och fräscht, bra komfortabel dubbelsäng, balkong med 2 stolar och litet bort. Lugn omgivning förutom alla skräniga måsar.
300-400 m till Biedronka där man hittar det mesta. Tips på bra polsk restaurang ca 700-800 m från hotellet, Sedem Swiatòw. Enda nackdelen där är att man kan få vänta en stund på maten. Mer än humana priser.

Vorsicht! Uns wurde hier in der Unterkunft die Handtasche geklaut. Es muss sich jemand Zugang zum Zimmer in unser Abwesenheit mit einem anderen Schlüssel verschafft haben. Nachdem wir Abends zum Appartement gekommen sind ist uns aufgefallen das die Tür nicht so abgeschlossen wurde wie wir das Appartement verlassen haben, es muss somit jemand einen Zweitschlüssel haben. Auch nach Reklamation dieses Vorfalls und schriftlicher Beschwerde keine Reaktion vom Vacation Club (Vermieter). Zudem ist die Ausstattung ziemlich mager es gibt ledeglich 3 Trinkgläser zudem ist nicht sichergestellt, dass freie Parkplätze verfügbar sind.

Appartement super zentral gelegen. Parkplätze nicht am Haus, sondern kostenlos in der Umgebung. Aber ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück im Hotel zubuchbar. Kostenfreie Nutzung des Pools ist top.

Pros:

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartment in bester Lage. Zwischen Promenade und Altstadt. Beides erreicht man nach einem kurzen Fußweg. Appartment B403 war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt, es war sauber und hatte einen netten Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit Vacation Club war einwandfrei und es gab keine Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend und unten im Haus gibt es ein Cafe und Restaurants. Parkplätze muss man Glück haben im Innenhof, ansonsten kann man gegenüber auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz kostenfrei parken

Nydelig leilighet med flott beliggenhet. Eneste minus er at innsjekking foregår flere kilometer unna leiligheten, må ha bil. I tillegg var leien inkludert gratis wifi, noe som ikke virket

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie. Zasady odbioru kluczy, zdecydowanie mało komfortowe.
trzeba specjalnie pojechać w wyznaczone miejsce w celu meldunku oraz odbioru kluczy.
Mało czytelna podczas rezerwacji poprzez aplikacje Hotels.com jest również informacja dotycząca dodatkowej opłaty za sprzątanie. Przebywając tam jedną dobę zapłaciłem dodatkowe 130 PLN ( niestety nie zostało to wliczone również do mojej średniej ceny ). Jednak pod względem czystości jest ona zachowana na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Jeśli ktoś ma dużo cierpliwości mogę polecić :)

Das Apprtment war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet! Es war alles sehr neu und es fehlte an nichts ! Zum Strand ging es in wenigen Minuten ! Das Schwimmbad im benachbarten Hotel war schön, sauber und groß genug !

Jeden nocleg dla 2 osób 130 zł plus drugie 130 zł za sprzątanie, za taką cenę można znaleźć większy komfort, w łazience śmierdzi ,, kanalizą'' , brak miejsc na parkingu, daleko od biura , trudno znaleźć adres, zajęło mi to godzinę. Obsługa mogłaby wytłumaczyć jak dojechać, podać ulice itp. Obok była impreza więc hałasowali.
