Pros:

The staff and beachfront location

Cons:

We didn’t get the room we booked. There was also a strong mould smell and we all woke up in the morning with coughing and not feeling well.

Great value accommodation with a view.
Pros:

We enjoyed the 5 nights here, The seaside balcony room was great. Room is kept clean and the staff are all great. Plenty of amenities in walking distance on the street. There is still a decent local vibe at this end of Benoa. Beach was nice but the beach path was amazed by the recent rain. The pool is nice.

Cons:

Beach cafe pricing is a bit high given the location and budget style of a former Ibis.

Looks much better in the photos than in the reality

Cons:

* Dirty and too crowded.
* Don’t have facilities to accommodate so many people for breakfast! At 8am there is no choice already and only leftovers for a choice.

Ok for the price but definitely does not cater to westerners
Pros:

The main pool was nice.

Cons:

The food did not cater to westerners. The egg station was very slow. Also, they were holding events in the main floor area and it was very loud which made it difficult to sleep. They have a bit to go to make it a true 4 star resort.

Won’t be back. Although it was nice it wasn’t great.
Pros:

It was on the beach.

Cons:

The room smelt musty and damp, it was not that clean and although housekeeping came daily it was very hit and miss. Sometimes your water was replaced or your toilet paper topped up but don’t expect both. I don’t think under the beds had been cleaned for quite some time and The fridge was not cold. The breakfast was the wise I have ever had anywhere. Very disappointing.

Reasonable location but would never recommend.
Pros:

Location with direct beach access

Cons:

Worst breakfast I’ve ever paid for in any hotel in the world. Room service was equally as disgusting. Safe wouldn’t open and regardless of how many times we reported it it wasn’t fixed. House keeping never knocked they just barged in on one occasion I was sitting on the toilet.

Hotel bol situovaný dobre - veľa reštaurácii a obchodov okolo neho.

Cons:

Hotel pomer cena a kvalita úplne prehnané...
Izby vlhké/nad pomer týchto destinácii/, po izbe behali mravce, nevedia adekvátne riešiť vzniknuté problémy.
Raňajky pre európana nejedlé okrem hrianok a vajíčok.
Veľa čínskych turistov, ktorí sa nevedia správať.
Fotky sú nafotené pekne, ale realite nezodpovedajú, hotel je starší už by sa mu zišli rekonštrukcia ako aj bazénom.

Ok hotel, ok location, ok price

Price vs what you get is in balance
Hotel was at the beach and had own pool

Cons:

The breakfast was good if you are Asian,,, rice / noodle
But we Scandinavians are used to have something else like, different breads, cheese, ham, vegetables, boiled eggs, yogurt.... When I asked something like that, I got 2 slide of cheese and 2 slide bacon. I said that this is enough for kid then they say I need to pay extra to get more... So did not eat breakfast in the hotel any more

Rooftop pool amazing views and beach Restaurant staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Booked two rooms. One room had a mouldy smell. Breakfast could be better and lower level Restaurant too dark and needs a renovation.
