Als erstes fällt einem der Eingang mit Regenrinnen auf dem Gehweg auf, da hier Stolpergefahr besteht. Die nicht klimatisierte Lobby ist mit Plastikblumen verziert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser reserviertes Zimmer hatte ein nicht gereinigtes Bad mit vielen Haaren auf dem Boden. Nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption haben wir sehr schnell ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Dieses Zimmer allerdings war auch nicht sauber. Das Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt und der Teppich im Zimmer hatte unzählige Flecken verschiedenster Art. Das Zimmer hatte aufgrund der Verunreinigungen am Boden, den Wänden und trotz dem neuen Mobiliar keinen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Fenster waren sowas von dreckig, so dass man nur einen verschwommenen Blick in die Stadt hatte. Das Wasser der Klimaanlage wurde über den Balkonfußboden in eine Rinne geleitet, so dass ständig Rutschgefahr herrschte.
Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Bon hôtel en parfait état, propre et bien équipé. Il y a même un sauna et hammam ouvert jusqu'à très tard.
Le personnel est accueillant, parle des langues étrangères et m'a beaucoup aidé pour trouver des lieux intéressants à visiter dans la ville. Et tout ça pour un prix très raisonnable !

Ottimo albergo , pulitissimo facile da raggiungere con la macchina appena al entrata della città , staf gentissimo ha tutti i confort , collezione ottima molto abbondante , l'unica cosa l'accesso alla palestra , sauna e sala vapore ha un orario limitato dalle 17.00 alle 22.00 . Albergo consegliatissimo
