Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—especially the home made tofu, which was delicious! A great mix of Japanese and Western options, offering a balanced yet culturally rich experience.

Cons:

Slight downside—nearby construction meant some noticeable drilling and machinery noise during my stay.

Top Unterkunft im Herzen von Osaka
Pros:

Wir konnten unsere Koffer in einem Kofferbereich selbstständig verstauen, abschließen und jederzeit wieder daran kommen, da wir etwas zu früh da waren. So konnte man bereits ein wenig in die Stadt und war sein Gepäck los.
Der Check-In lief dann problemlos an Selbstbedien-Terminals, auch die Frühstücksmarken konnte man dort erwerben und bezahlen.
Die Zimmer waren im Vergleich zu unseren Vorgängerhotels eher geräumig und wir konnten unser Gepäck gut verstauen. Alles wirkte modern, sauber und durchdacht.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls das Beste, was wir auf unserer Reise durch Japan hatten; vernünftige Frühstückszeiten und zu jeder Zeit waren alle Speisen vorhanden. Der Kaffeeautomat machte ebenfalls guten Kaffee. Als Europäer findet man genug um satt zu werden, man kann aber auch die ein oder andere "heimische" Speise kosten, also eine gute Abwechslung.
Direkt unter dem Hotel ist ein 11-Eleven, in dem man alles nötige für seinen Tagestrip oder für einen kurzen Snack findet.
Die Lage ist top: Dotonbori ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar und die U-Bahn Haltestelle (Shinsaibashi) ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Man könnte sich fürs Nächste Mal überlegen, auf eine Unterkunft in Kyoto zu verzichten und stattdessen alle Tagestouren von Osaka aus zu machen.
