Pros:

Great location and fantastic breakfast. Hammam with foam was exceptional.

Cons:

People were smoking in the hall of the non-smoking floor both nights we stayed there. We put a rolled up towel along the base of our door to try to keep the smell out. Everything else about the place was excellent but it would be even better if the hotel enforced their non-smoking rules on non-smoking floors.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral in der Nähe des Mevlana-Klosters.
Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.
Schön eingerichtetes Hotel im landestypischen Stil.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage etwas schwierig, sich mit dem Auto durchzukämpfen. Sehr enge Gassen, teilweise Einbahnstrassen. Das Personal war aber behilflich und hat mich „gerettet“ 🙏

The absolute attention to detail. The service was impeccable, too. Lovely comfy beds, everything working as it should, complementary items in mini-bar. And unbelievably, a dessert service brought to the room every night, also free of charge.

Other than $150 ripoff, it wasn’t bad.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was nice. Staff was pleasant. Comfortable lounge in foyer.

Cons:

Traveling across Turkey for 3 weeks, by the time we got to Konya we need our laundry done. Dropped off 2 small bags of clothing. At checkout was charged $157US because they dry cleaned everything instead of laundering. Either you’re ignorant and don’t know the difference between dry clean and laundry, or you’re a thief? Neither deserves repeat business. On return through town we stayed at another hotel that charged $8.40US for far more laundry.
