Zakariya on reception true gentleman. All the staff were approachable and nothing was to much effort.

Cons:

Unfortunately the spa and fitness centre are no more. Was looking fwd to this, but found alternatives very close to the hotel.

Everything was fine except for the toilet smell.

Reception staff are welcoming, breakfast was pretty good with smiling staff, indoor carparking with ev charging devices (AC+DC) is a plus, near to famous places (don't need to use your car) , our family room with 5 beds was spacious enough and the beds / pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The smell coming from the toilet drains was incredibly bad. Because it's an old hotel with outdated infrastructure, we couldn't even complain to reception because there was nothing they could do, and our room was a familiy room and couldn't be changed. I don't know if I'll ever come back because of that smell. Also, the rooms and the hotel had almost no view; they overlooked very old buildings and were depressing.

freundliches Personal, dass alle Probleme schnell löst. Wir kamen mit einem zu großen Auto, dass nicht in die Tiefgarage passte. Schnell wurde ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus für uns geschaffen. Dankeschön!

What a pleasant surprise finding such a top-end hotel in a part of the city where the property wasn't exactly surrounded by high-end buildings. A comfortable, spacious room with excellent hot water and pressure in the shower, and super comfortable beds and duvets. Staff were top-notch...professional, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. An absolutely enjoyable two-night stay.
