For a one night stay to save on money. Was well worth it. If you're happy with basic, this is value
Pros:

Clean and secure room. Furnished to basic standard. Bathroom was really clean and room was warm upon arrival. The noise from pub below was minimal but I knew i would be above a pub. Bed was comfy. Pillows and quilt were well washed and warm.

Cons:

My only gripe is that one of the windows doesn't seal properly and lets in traffic noise.

Never ever booking this place. Has nothing to do with the staff but I regretted booking the place same amount would have

Social service housing here.
Pros:

Do not book to stay here!! Police in the building all night banging doors as it's a social service stay. Didn't sleep a wink bed was wet! Bathroom wasn't clean nothing was clean. Windows are terrible. The list goes on. Just let the social use it if I was you.

Very good alternative to a hostel
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, though two beds were pushed together and my plans I kept falling down the middle as they separated

Cons:

I didn’t like that they two single beds were pushed together to make a double and that they kept separating in the middle of the night, also there were no tea spoons to stir the tea

Absolutely diabolical place to stay, you'd wipe your feet on the way out.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Entrance had holes in stair carpet. Room was dirty, Skid marks in the toilet, Broken light fitting with wires showing, 2 single beds with dirty sheets on when it should have been a double bed.

First of all arrived there woman girl was not helpful we had to cross dual road to a restaurant to get a key then cross back went back inside to be told it’s out side round corner dark alley full off loose rubbish like beer cans food waste the got inside building not knowing when the stairs carpet was last hoovered then got inside our room you can hear everything from down stairs in the pub whole night and when the pub loch up closed customers or workers stood outside talking for ages finally bought other room guests it was bad running on down the stairs 4 an no none there to report issues

Okay for the money

And the guy who checked us in kept telling me I wasn’t booked for that particular day

Great value for money. Thanks for having us.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice comfy bed and large shower. Fantastic value for money. Perhaps not the most beautiful rooms but great value for money for somewhere to lay your head. I would return.

There was no hairdryer? Or perhaps I couldn't find it!

Basic room which was excellent value and ideal for what I required.

Ideal for what I needed in that it is excellent value and basic room with en suite shower which was all I required for breaking up a journey and quick catch up with friends . I'm originally from Hamilton so I know the location of where to collect the room keys in the Spice restaurant across Bothwell Road and where to park. I was also aware of the issue of Noise from the pub Karaoke below the room I was in - which finished at 0100 on a Friday. It wasn't a problem for me as I was out of the room till 0030 anyway but might be an issue for some guests if you don't know that beforehand or don't research the reviews about a weekend Stay.

Cons:

There isn't an Iron or ironing board available at the venue. I did phone up and ask before if they could get a hold of one but wasn't provided.
The quality of Hamilton Karaoke singers has not improved !!
The outside areas around the side entrance were quite messy and run down.

Pros:

Not much to be fair

Cons:

Tv not working called the owner who told us it was down to previous guests stealing the remote so we had to do with no tv all night. decor old and musty. The beds seemed to be on a slant and no matter what u did u would roll to centre of bed and disappear down between the 2 singles pushed to gether to make a double so hardly slept a wink
