Only stayed one night and it served the purpose I needed. Roof over my head and a bed for the night.
Pros:

The people that sorted out the key to be left at an unreasonable hour 11pm are great. Everything explained via email how this could happen and went smoothly.

Cons:

I felt restless all night wouldn’t say it is the fault of the property just did not feel easy that I didn’t see any physical staff at all on my visit. The charging points in the wall didn’t seem to work at all and I did try both.

One of my favourite places to stay. Superb value for money in a great location. Yes, they party downstairs some nights. So go and join them.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Good value for money. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable for a single person.

Cons:

The radiator dial was broken. It had been turned on before I checked in; and I couldn’t not turn it off. The room was too warm all night. The staff was not reachable to fix it. They did fix it the next day though.

Terrible
Pros:

It wasn’t dog friendly and I had to park my car across the very busy roads, then take my dog across. The room wasn’t clean and things were worn. Worse still there was very loud music/drumming/singing until at least 1.30am so I was shattered for my dog show the next day. In fact I booked another accommodation as I couldn’t bear to go back.

Cons:

All above the entrance was dirty and worse still there door wasn’t locked overnight so anyone could have burst into my bedroom from outside!!

The place its quiet dirty, the hotel rooms are above of the pub ,we couldn't sleep until 1 am when the music stopped, very very loud, ..
The ,,hotel reception,, its across the road on the Indian restaurant, we didn't have nobody to complain about the issues even in the morning we couldn't because the ,,reception,,/restaurant was close..
Only if you are desperate for a place to stay for a night and you have no option you should book this hotel!!!

Worth a look
Pros:

I booked this for a friend and his daughter and although being a little noise from pub below and it was a Friday he said room was clean tidy and noise was away by 12 and not to loud could hear the TV no.problem and said would book again.his daughter liked it to being only 12 thats a good compliment

Cons:

Slight noise but room was good value so wasn't bothered by limited music

Nice room sadly above a very noisy pub
Pros:

The room itself was great but it was above a very noisy pub and for a Wednesday night I wasn't expecting it all to go on until midnight . Music , quiz night and someone on a microphone for what felt like an eternity ( it does state on the advert that it can be noisy on a fri & sat until midnight) sadly to say it was a very short broken nights sleep after a 4 hour drive as we were up early to leave early for the remaining 3 hours drive ahead . I has asked for a quiet room. I guess they don't have any as this room was above the pubs front door on the main road

Cons:

The bedroom door was the only door to the outside world as the front door downstairs was wedged open all night . The pub itself was very noisy and the room was also at the front of the property on a busy main road .

Pros:

The bedding was clean, check in was fast. Although you had to go over the busy road to collect the key.

Cons:

The broken window in the bathroom, literally a hole tapped up and a breeze coming through. no TV remote, shower i would of needed to wash getting out of it
