Staff and service are excellent

Çok güzel bir aile ortamı var tüm sakinler bir birlerine sanki uzun süredir aile dostuymuş gibi davranıyor. Güzel bir ortam oluşturmuşlar. Ayrıca kahvaltıları çok lezzetli ve doyurucu.

Ich verstehe nicht woher diese hohe Bewertung bei Expedia kommt? Ich habe mich gewundert!!! Also zum Thema Unterkunft Bewertung, das Zimmer war so eng dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte und roch nach Schimmel. Der sogenannte Pool war so klein dass niemand rein konnte. Das einzig gute war der junge nette Mann, der sich wirklich sehr viel mühe gab behilflich zu sein.
Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen. EINMAL UND NIE WIEDER!!!

Gayet memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu. Salih Bey ve Meryem Hanım oldukça güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdiler. Nerede, ne yiyeceğiniz konusunda Salih Bey'in tavsiyelerini dikkate almanızı tavsiye ederim.

A nice family run hotel, however it is rather compact.

The pictures of the rooms look big but the room we stayed in was very small. We booked a room with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however the room had
3 single beds, with 2 beside each other and one against the wall with the TV above it.

We were also told there was free parking and were given a car park name to park in, however, the car park attendant charged us, we brought this to the attention to one staff member, who advised we should have called them when reaching the car park name and to park beside it, yet when we called the night before we were told to park there.

Overall for the price we paid for 2 nights without breakfast, I can't say we were at all satisfied. We were excited for this place and were left disappointed.

Emre and his family and staff made us very welcome. The pool was a lifesaver, the big breakfast the best we've ever had, and the afternoon cakes and tea were a hit. The wifi was a bit patchy, otherwise highly recommended.

Çok şirin bir butik otel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Temiz, odam havadar, banyosu pencereli ve sakin bir konumdaydı, ama tüm Alaçatı restoran, market ve mekanlara 2 dk yürüyerek. Avlusunda kahvaltı çok keyifli. 3 günlük gelmiştim 1 haftaya uzattım. Seyahat severlere tavsiye ederim.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et serviable.
Les chambres sont vraiment tres bien décorés mais très petite pour 4.
Le tel est à la fois très proche du centre mais aussi dans une rue très calme ce qui est parfait pour les familles.

Wow, what a lovely place to stay at. The rooms are so clean you can eat off the floor. The owners are so wonderful and sweet. I wish we lived close by to spend time with them. Very welcoming and lovely. The breakfast is outstanding served with local homemade jams. Thank you for having our family.

Güler yüz hizmet iyi idi daha ne olsun

Am Ankunftstag wurde ich herzlich empfangen und ich durfte mir mein Zimmer selbst aussuchen. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und alles (Restaurant, Bus, Bäckereien usw.) ist füssläufig erreichbar.Die Hotelinhaber nahmen sich die Zeit mir alles auf der Karte zu erklären und mir Tips zu geben wie und wohin ich Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Die Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Hoteleigentümer und Angestellten hat sich während meines Urlaubes nicht verändert und ich wurde sogar zum Abendessen eingelanden (was sehr lecker war). Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend und Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr woh lgefühlt und kann dieses Hotel Single- und Familienurlaubern sehr empfehlen.
