Schöne Unterkunft mit Pool und Nähe zum Hafen
Pros:

Extrem geräumiges komfortables Zimmer in Weg Nähe des Hafens
Schöne Lage am Meer, leider ist der Strand etwas verschmutzt
Hilfreiches Personal, dass uns die Fährtickets inkl Kabine besorgt hat

Gute Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Restaurant!
Pros:

Das Restaurant vor Ort ist wirklich super!
Das Essen ist lecker und die Terrasse ist super für einen schönen Sonnenuntergang.
Das Personal geht auch auch Extrawünsche ein.
Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft an sich ist auch gut.

Cons:

Das Wifi ist leider sehr schlecht und es kommt immer wieder zu Abbrüchen.
Man muss wissen das man direkt neben einer Moschee ist und daher auch morgens und abends laut.
Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht immer die beste, aber auf jeden Fall kein Problem.

Disappointing service
Pros:

Nice terrace views and gym facilities.

Cons:

There where a lot of cockroaches in the room and bathroom.
When we claimed at the reception, they told us no rooms of same price were available so that we had to pay extra to change. This is unacceptable.

Staff were friendly, rooftop was great

Cons:

Room was very dirty, easily cleanable marks on cupboards and walls, sheets had stains on them, bathroom needed a very good scrub. For what you pay (relative to other places In Indonesia), it's way overpriced.

Likes: the top floor dining area
Dislikes: the staff, the service, the room was so poorly lay out the bed so close to the wall where the TV set up hence there is no room to move which ended up with my husband got hurt and bruised for days. The staff was no help either and the breakfast was so basic and they even charged for a cup of hot water. There is no cup or even a kettle to make coffee and they also charged the milk for coffee we ordered. I want to borrow a plate and a spoon to eat our dinner in the room, they made a fuss of it and sternly told us to make sure we return them promptly. It was just a bad experience and we won’t be back !

Very dissapointing
Pros:

The only good thing about this Accommodation was that it was within wlking distance (10 min) from the Waterfront. Hardly anybody spoke more than 5 words in English, the room was not serviced at all during our 3 night stay, we had to hunt for toilet paper, the staff at the roof top Restaurant and Breakfeast room where the only unfriendly people we encountert on our 4 weeks trip. The person who carried our luagage up to the room was the only friendly face.
The view from the terrasse was wonderful.

Nice view from the restaurant
Pros:

Room was more or less ok. Comfortable bed, good airco. Many ants in shower and some in the room. A good steep walk to the shopping malls and city centre. The wifi did not work well. The restaurant on the top floor is an excellent place to watch the sunset. They make very good mojitos. No alcohol avalable.

Great hotel with a view to Manado Tua island
Pros:

This hotel located in small side street so its bit hidden but very good and calm in d night. The view from the room and the cafe in the rooftop is amazing.we can see Manado tua island in a clear day and enjoy the sunset with cup of coffee from the cafe or just mock-tails. The room is spacious and clean, mostly double bed with modern simple furniture and equipped with air conditioners and tv with international channels, the wifi is free but not so fast. The staff are very friendly and beautiful. I try the breakfast menu with fried rice and it was delicious. They have laundry and store in the basement as well. Fitness room with well equipped and comfortable place is on 2nd floor.The price is affordable and good for backpackers
