Not a good experience.
Pros:

Stayed here temporarily when my flight was diverted. It was without doubt the coldest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room heating was useless. There was an electric jug but no coffee or tea bags and I had to boil water and pour it into a glass to try and keep my hands warm.Only a dim shaving light in the bathroom and no hot water. TV useless. Food terrible. Well worth avoiding.

Ho pernottato nella struttura durante un viaggio di lavoro fortunatamente solo per una notte. Assolutamente non un 5 stelle come dichiarato ma decisamente un 3 stelle.
Appena arrivato in hotel alle 18:00 la mia camera non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto aspettare per circa 25 minuti nella hall, la cena all'interno del ristorante era servita solo a buffet, tutti tavoli della gigantesca sala del ristorante non erano stati sparecchiati, dopo aver girato per circa 5 minuti alla ricerca di un posto dove sedermi un cameriere mi ha liberato un tavolo, alla mia richiesta di un coltello mi è stato porto quello lasciato nel posto accanto al mio non ancora sparecchiato.
Inoltre per tutta sera fino alle 23:30 è stata suonata della musica pop a tutto volume udibile dalle camere.

Pros:

Since this is an airport hotel, it is the one many airlines use to house stranded travelers. In fact, they seem to have rooms and floors designated to such guests. Last night about 50 of us ended up here at about 2:30am after missing a connection. I didn’t even really get to sleep until about 3:00-3:15 and yet housekeeping is using an industrial vacuum to clean the rooms with the doors open and even the hallways from 9am this morning. Come on! People go to hotels to sleep and you are fully aware we didn’t get to bed until very late after a rough afternoon of travel.

Very remote from downtown, and from the main road, it is situate on the (grass) field. Even the local bus driver get lost in this labyrinth and almost had a fight with our local tour leader finding the way (LOL) If you expect the 5-star hotel in this 2-star hotel, you will surely be disappointed. Don’t try this at home (LOL) air con cannot be turn-on, so that give us an answer why we have 2 flies flirting with each other in our room (LOL). What you see the nice pics of the hotel is totally different from what you will be experienced. (Their PR is good, we should hired them (LOL) we even have NO glass in our room. Like other comments, the hotel should be improved immediately. We sympathize all the staff working here for we see no future in the business of this hotel. Let’s guess who will be the last in this hotel :D

First of all it was very difficult to find the road that goes to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was terrible. We could not find a way to turn the lights off, so we had to unscrew some of the bulbs... then when we thought the switch finally took care of the last lamp and it went off, a few seconds later it turned into a strobe light and kept flashing on and off until we removed that bulb also. The wood on the molding and door were rotting away from moisture or a leak. There was not a single cup or glass in the entire room. No water in the room and no mini bar. Bed was not comfortable. Wi-fi password did not work at all, so basically there was no wi-fi. I thought I had booked the room for 3 people... they said I didn't, which is possible, so I paid extra for my son to stay there. They took the money, but didn't give us a third towel. Overall, it was disappointing.
